pct help

Yo guys new to anabolic minds, came from bodybuilding.com.. majority of them were *******s so found this and its looked good.

Main point though, i'm 22 6" and 185 with 7% bodyfat and currently about to run a PH called Warrior, ive run H-drol before for 1 cycle and it was pretty good, i was like 18 and had no idea what it was but my brother swore by it.

So my question is what would be a good pct for PH's since ive never really did them correctly the one time i did it before.

So far i've seen that i'll need at least a test booster like upslabs prime, and i've also come across pills that are just labeled PCT pills which i'm not sure their all about.
Please no flaming or anything just really curious on how do to a proper PCT and im still looking through the forums as you read this trying to find out more about it.

For an OTC PCT i would run

inhibit e
2/2/1/1
PCT Assist
6/6/6/6
Reduce XT or Suppress C
0/0/x/x/x/x

If you go with a SERM, replace inhibit e with nolva 20/20/10/10

2 week one/2 week two/one week three/one week four caps per day?

Oh, my bad then from what i've read people have said it is a non hormonal herbal test booster.

Get rid of it, why?

ANd dont run the Warrior PH stack

get someone solo like havoc and run that.
 
by the way your dosing sceme is backwards.

Build up to higher doses, like testing the water. For example if you were to run a havoc clone

30/30/45/45/60 (mgs)
