pct help a little new!

So I have done research but a little stuck I'm coming off a cycle if p mag dosing was 20 20 75 75 75 75 and this is my first Ph run so ?s I have nolv but only 7 was told it was all I needed an to take for a week ,after that I have original formula reversitol and supress c, so do I take the suppress c at same time as the reversitol? Should I still be taking my cycle assists as well, Through my pct ? Or do I start srp c with nolv and take all the way through. Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated starting pct tomorrow is there anything else I should take ?
 
He has 7 days worth of nolva. Order more, take the 7 days worth and continue on for 3 more weeks. Take the reversitol for 4 weeks starting with the nolva and start the suppress c on the 3rd week.

Nolva-20/20/20/20
Reversitol- 4/4/4/4
Suppress c-0/0/2/2/2/2 - or whatever the dosage is
 
Thanks for the help everyone I will order more nolvadex today so I have all that I need and thanks for the dosage info to, anyone know what competitive edge labs formastane is.
 
^^it's topical formestane....good stuff for estro control, but probably a lil inconvinient to dose on the run...maybe something like PP's form lv would be good...but I doubt you will need it with the pmag cycle
 
OK so above it says to run the reversitol 4/4/4/4 with the nolvadex why run the reversitol 4 by 4 instead o the recomended dosage of 3/2/2/1

Wicked confusing everyone has different opinions I guess seeing. As its my first run with a Ph I will probably ru. The reversitol like this 3/3/3/3/2/2/1 so I'm still tapering down and using it win the nolvadex and still running it with the suppress c

how about nolva or reveristol, you dont need both.

OK so almost out of nolvadex what are everyone's oppinions on me taking clomed I think its made by killo sports with formastane by competitive edge because im having trouble getting my hands on nolvadex and adding those to the reversitol and superss c
 
Also, Sanchezgreg i see what your saying I will be sticking to the plan you have laid out if I can get more nolvadex
 
Geekpop everything I have been told is to run the nolv and then reversitol. I have never seen or read anything about just taking one I'm just going on what I was told if I wanna do it the right way than this was the process that I was told to do

not gonna hurt you if you do but from my understanding of reveristol is its a "natural serm" so idk why thered be a reason them both. Doesnt matter tho, Id just use nolva if you have it but thats me.
 
I would just run the nolv but I only had seven of them Guy I got hem from said seven would be enough
