PCT for h-drol & p-plex?

what would be a good pct for H-drol and P-plex?

Nolva 40/30/20/10 or a dosage varying somewhat the same way
PCS/Stoked! or Reversitol or CEL PCT Assist
cort blocker
suppor supps such as liver support, bp support, creatine etc..
and i like to use a natty test booster such as fenugreek or trib at the end

IMO a h-drol and P-plex stack is not worth it 2 methyls. But to answer your question I would run PCT like this.

Nolva weeks 1-4 of pct 20/20/20/20

Post Cycle Support weeks 3-6 of PCT 2 caps in the a.m. and 2 caps in the p.m.

the purpose is to teach. not tell someone o just use something to boost ur HPTA. help the guy. we've all been there before this **** is not easy. and yes PCT does change from compound to compound to run things successfully and safely.
