PCS/Lean-x/Activate-x = headaches?

I've been getting head aches from one of more of these three. I think it's either the lean extreme of activate extreme because I got a head ache one day that I forgot to take the PCS.

I'm drinking plenty of water and enough carbs. Anyone experience the same? Is there anything I can do besides advil?
 
How much water ? I thought 5 litres was plenty of water then I started getting headaches when the warmer weather came, I upped it to six, headaches gone. I am taking recreate which raises your temperature a bit throw in some hot weather and voila...

The first thing you should try is increasing your water intake.
 
How many litres in an american gallon. I know it is under 4, not that much water during the hotter months and your taking supps that might require you to take more. My money is on the water intake.
 
it could be the HGW...large doses will increase NOS to a large extent causing cappilaries in ur brain to relax then expand thus giving u the headache...many people get this when taking DTH...
