For 600mg/wk of TE, 0.1mg letro per day is all I need to prevent gyno, seriously. You can take more if you like but I would not exceed 0.25mg/day unless I was severely gyno prone or not getting good fat loss at the lower doses. High dose test with letro or even a good irreversible (steroidal) inhibitor makes me lose fat whether I'm trying to or not. Most non-aromatizable orals will do the same thing, some better than others.

BTW, you can take letro at max doses like 2.5mg/day, but there is a rebound phenomena associated with reversible inhibitors. After about 2-3 months, such high does can actually cause enzyme induction with a pronounced rebound effect in estrogen levels, that's why I started experimenting with lower doses. I am very fairly gyno sensitive and anything above 500-600mg test per wk can set it off for me, but as little as 0.1mg letro/day is all it takes to completely prevent it and the risk of long-term aromatase induction is virtually nil at such low doses.
 
Isn't letro usually dosed EOD as opposed to ED? Suicidal Aromatase inhibition goes well beyond the active life of the drug itself because it takes a while for the enzyme levels to return to normal.

I've never used A50 but i can attest to how potent 10mg of M1t is, my kidneys, and lower back hurt, i was also shutdown in 2 days or so, i was lethargic as hell and my mood was all over the place, it's supppppppper potent stuff.

Well it's just so cheap and efficient! I like irreversible inhibitors in PCT because you get a lot better residual with no rebound worries, but yes it's hard to beat letro on cycle.

Yes, I know a lot of guys that dose it EOD quite successfully and the half-life makes that totally acceptable if you prefer it.

How does Arimidex compared to Letro doc? They are both the same type right?

Is Letro better than a-dex? If so, in what way?

Yeah, letro is at least 4x stronger! Thats why it's weird that dex comes in a smaller dose. They both work well but I lean toward letro.
 
Hi DR D, What would be the best way to low dose letro if you only have the 2.5mg tablets. Could I spilt them in 2 (2 x 1.25) and take 1 every 4th day for the low dose effect? or woulod this cause problems?

Oh wow, I once had that problem with a very potent drug called Permax. My doc gave me a script for the intermediate dose but it was still too much so I broke it into 1/4's and then took a razor and cut those down into 1/8's. Worked great but a pain to deal with such little pieces of pills! For the sake of convenience you could just use 1/4 pill EOD or E3D.

Listen to Dr D about using small doses of Letro, i took 1ml for a while when i didn't know any better and my sex drive was nil and my joints killed, no fun. It's all about estrogen control not complete suppression.
