First time ever using the 115 lb dumbbells. I had a really good day. My PCT starts Sunday, so I will try to hold onto some muscle before I start my keto cut while transitioning into getting ready for my first 10k on July 4th. Fun, fun.
 
Bench numbers are impressive! Especially when you consider you're like 6' 5".
 
Sorry. I have been laying low, although my wife and I did eat at a nice restaurant for Valentine's Day. I started PCT a few days ago and switched to a 5x5 routine where I work out every other day. I tweaked my elbow a couple days ago which is affecting my bench, but I'm still feeling good. I'm at a strange place where I'm afraid to push it because I want the elbow to heal, but I also don't want to skip working out. I'm hoping it kind of sorts itself out.

You got some crazy sweet tooth. I would just get high with that much sugar. lol

It's spicy tonkotsu ramen and jalapeno tempura. Awesome stuff.

And when I bulk, I enjoy myself. Soon, I will be on keto again with no sugar at all.
 
I'm still dealing with some left elbow pain, but it held up better today. I had no spotter but was feeling good, so I ended up going for 315. I got to 3 and started to slow down. I was afraid to go for more without a spotter, but I think I had 4, MAYBE 5 in me. This is the strongest I've ever been on chest so that's exciting. March 17th will be when my cut starts, so I'm going to ride this out and keep lifting heavy to try to keep on muscle.

I officially signed up for the Peachtree Road Race today on July 4th. There's no backing out now!

And I also am looking so forward to my keto IF cut starting on March 17th. I have an unopened tub of Radiate and just bought 6 bottles of Olympus Labs Assass1nate. I also have Massacr3 and ep1logue to hopefully help with keeping muscle on. I am ready to melt this fat off! When that day comes, I will post pics with full stats and will post regular updates to those stats to hold myself accountable. Crazy strength gains during this bulk, but it went a lot dirtier than it should have. I enjoyed it, though. Now on to the next chapter after 2 more weeks or so!

I was starting to feel a little lightheaded during the deadlifts so I cut it short at 4 sets. I was disappointed in myself, but it was a good workout.

There are only two free weight racks in my gym and they were always taken. After not being able to get one for 4 times in a row, I just go straight to the Smith now. I will only be doing this routine for another week or so anyways.

I actually mix these in for constant tension/higher rep deads. They’re a nice change from pulling from the floor and give your CNS a break.

Getting quite close to the start of my cut... Nine more days! I'm going to keep the 5x5 up and try not to budge on strength. My chest strength fell a bit today compared to previous workouts, but I'm still happy with the numbers.

I wasn't going to hold myself back from enjoying this next week as keto really throws a wrench in that kind of thing regarding food.

Thanks. He is 96 so he had a great run. He made it much longer than my grandpa. Still sad for everyone, though, and my wife was really looking forward to spending a week with her mom u til this happened.

The keto cut has started. It will run indefinitely until I drop very far down in fat. I've been very excited about this. Now that we are moved and settled, I can finally get into a routine. I will update my stats every Wednesday. I will maybe post pics once per month.

I took Animal PM, which I enjoyed but is kind of expensive. Then I bought Midnight Dream by Iron Addicts but I always feel groggy in the morning (prob from the phenibut). I'm 5 days into Amnesia and I have dreamt every night and remembered them. I almost never dream. I close my eyes and then wake up in the morning. I like it so far.

And I'm 6'6.
 
Today was my switch to a new routine. I'm figuring it out as I go. There will be a lot more cardio and less lifting as it gets closer to the 10k, but I have to find a good balance. I had to go shopping after the gym so I cut an exercise out. I was going to do dips for a total of 18-20 sets, but cut it short at 15 sets so I had time for cardio.

Noon:

I had very little time in the gym today, but I tried to go as absolutely low as possible on my squats to help make up for it. Lol. Today was my first day actually in ketosis, so I expect the fat to start falling. The loss of water weight appeared to raise my BF% for today's weigh-in.

My wife's grandpa died early this morning. We're getting on a 7 a.m. flight tomorrow to Pittsburgh, PA ( I took the day off from work) and not coming back until Sunday night around 8:30 p.m. Two of those three days were going to be rest days anyways and I kind of mashed some arms and shoulders in today's workout. Where I'm really going to suffer is my diet because I'm on keto, which really limits my ability to eat things and we won't have a car and will be at the mercy of the funeral/wake proceedings. I'm probably going to be coming WAY under on calories as I'm unwilling to blow my diet. We will see....
