Man I strap the fvcking weight on with dips for tri's!I had 60lbs for 8,4,1 last time I did them,I have put 90lbs on for low reps before.And it's pantera!So you know full ROM was used and form wasn't sacraficed!

LOL! hahaha! With the right wrist out of order for 3 weeks, I stopped doing dips, DB shoulder presses, heavy curls... could barely get 32 dips at once... but shoulder press tomorrow with DBs. I was getting GOOD with them. 95lb dumbells for 11 reps with the 6-8 second negative.

I love dips, by the way. if you do them right, they make the cut under your chest deeeeeep.

Haha! The old one I was 180-185... Dieted and wanted to have the 'fitness model look'. Shortly after, slipped up ended up in rehab @168lbs. Got out in 35 days 220 bulky/chunky pounds. Got back into the gym, did some serious cardio and HIT full body workouts then 1.5 months later re-introduced supps... then got ultimately serious about a strategic recomp. Now I'm at about 208-210 and climbing... Doing DC workouts and HIIT sprints 2 days a week. I do abs 3 days a week for 10 minutes intensely and 1 day a week is dedicated to nailing abs for 30 minutes HIT, non-stop.

You're an incredibly strong dude Force! DB Shoulder Presses 95's X 11 reps!! :eek: Crazy strong. I remember you also saying you DB bench press 95's for 21 reps. I got 100's for 21 reps on incline benches, but I outweigh you by 40 to 50 lbs!! And you're talking about using very slow negatives with these weights. I'm jamming 'em out like Coleman. lol What's your flat Barbell Bench Presses looking like? I hit 335 for 9 reps on flat bench Wednesday. I'm still fukkin' jacked about it!! I've really got to give it to you Force! You're a bull!!! :head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
We're actually taking about dips for the chest,but weighted dips for tri's are the king of all tri exercises!

I know, but Tri's are along for the ride regardless of the angle of attack, and subsequently they grow even if they are a minor contributing group...
 
It's day 23.I started at 162,weight this morning is 170.Only up 2 lbs since last week.It's increasing slowly but surely.I like that as opposed to explosions in weight.....it just feels more "natural" I guess.

This is the way I like to increase bodyweight also Pantera. Nice and slow. You can only build real muscle so fast. When I hear guys saying they gained 20 to 25 pounds off a 3 or 4 week Super-Drol cycle, I'm left wondering how much of that can be pure muscle. I have no interest in adding any bodyfat. If I gain 4 or 5 lean pounds off of a cycle, I'm glad. It adds up over time. Keep up the great work here bro!! :head: You're doing awesome man!! :thumbsup:

I was so proud of the last set of front sq's today.I thought I should go to 125,but I didn't want to strip all the weight so I just left the 45's for 135.I get going and take my first little pause at 7,and think no way I'm getting 20 cause I usually take my first pause at 10-12.Then I go 8,9,10,11.I'm still unsure about getting 20.12,13,now I'm like fvck it!I'm this close so it's no longer an option,.14,15,GODDAMN!Now I get the eye of the tiger and bust out 16,17,18!:woohoo:Take a couple deep breaths,and go to finish.Down for 19 and holy sh!t it's hard!Without even thinking about it I go down for 20 cause like I said,it wasn't an option anymore,but on the way up it just stops dead.So I dump the bar and it lands perfectly flat because of my perfect form even while failing.:afro:Anyways I was proud cause I never failed on sq's before.Been damn close but never failed.Then I had a pounding headache for like 5 minutes and it's been off and on all day but it's just minor.The 50mg's has shown it's extra kick to me.I was like a machine not doing what I wanted,but what I had to.Even though I couldn't!If you can't tell,I'm quite proud of this!

5'8"I love front sq's myself.I know you can use more weight with back sq's,but I feel my quads working harder with front sq's,so I do them quite a bit.Also back pumps are lessened with front sq's cause you don't lean forward near as much.

Thanks TG! The wrist set me back a little, for when I did it again I got less reps. Fine by me for now... I just have something to shoot for. I just did DB military with the 95s for 8 times... wrist was wrapped up good... but still 'iffy'. I have been doing the 95s for incline and flat bench for 17 times. When the wrist is in full commission, it'll all be uphill I think. 335 is a sh*tload of weight for flat bench! I haven't used barbells in a LONG time though. My chest was never my good point though... haha. I used to do 225 for 14 and 275 for 6, but never much more. It felt like hell on my shoulders, so I stopped.

I haven't had anything to say........I do now though.My cycle will most likely end Sat.I didn't notice that feeling of being on today.Now it could of just been a bad day and all,but I feel it's best for more reasons than one to end it on Sat.So I will wo on fri,and sat will be my last day.Just to help out with recovery is the reasoning for dosing Sat.When I thought maybe I should end it,I was kinda excited.My Dad will be leaving for vacation at the end of this month so I will be working by myself,and that always sucks!Thats the ONLY time I get stressed at work.Plus with m drol,I thought I should of ended it early,and I didn't,but I should have.Even if Fri goes great,It will most likely be done.I got the hoock up now(everyone here would be straight up jealous!Thats all I'm saying....),and next cycle will be test prop.I want some good time off between this one and the next.I have basically done 3 back to back cycles now.Time on+PCT=time off.And one where I didn't wait long enough and was noticeably shutdown.So prop will start in Nov or Dec!It will be logged......Sorry for the length,I just felt the need to explain my reasoning before I get an @$$load of NO'S!!!!!!

skull crushers-100-6,2,3--->(don't know what the fvck happened here--->)105-2,95-2,90-3,85-3.I then did my next set of pullups,and then did some higher rep straight bar pushdowns,cause I wasn't tatasfyde(Lou Ferigno voice)

Notice increases not being no where near as good as usual?Well they weren't!Fvcking sq's,rack deads,and inc bench got tore the fvck up!I can almost inc as much as I can flat bench....Thats kinda cool!Thats realy cool actually!My normal is 20lbs heavier on flat bb bench than inc.I'll have to test that out after this cycle.The difference may have decreased.

LOFL man!Well I just went to 50 on sat,so that should still be kicking ya know?I just had a strange feeling of deja vue today during my wo.With SD that sh!t was kicking hard!Then one day I was like where'd you go?Well that was today!I have stuck with 2 cycles now longer than I should have.It is tempting to up the dose.....AGAIN!But I don't feel shutdown,and I feel it's come to an end.Now I can have a quick recovery and try and make some natural gains in the next 4 or so months while letting my hormones get steady and stay that way for a little while.

Last time I weighed in I was up about 8 lbs.Yeah,the dark side....well....it doesn't seem so dark!I'm kinda pissed about pics!.In order to get the pic sent to my email.it has to be zoomed in all the way for whatever reason.I'm in a new house now,and my bathroom is smaller.So I can't get a good shot what so ever of my upper body like the one I posted earlier.I guess I'll figure something out or have someone take it.....This sucks though.I had already planned on doing the same exact pose and all for my upper body so it would be the same.I forgot I moved though,and didn't know unitll just 5 minutes ago that I can't get a good shot.

Today was going to be my last wo.IDK about that now!I kinda want to keep it going.I feel good in every sence of the word.Libido's allright.Not raging by any means,but it's there.I have been working alot,and I'm single with no "friends."So sometimes porn just doesn't sound good enough ya know?But trust me.if I had a woman,I would take every offfer given,and make a few of my own!My scalp has been itching,but don't freak ut over that!I'm not cause I have been itching else where too.Somethings been up here lately.So the plan is to extend this cycle as intitially planned,again.I'll go to 60 Mon,and continue for the last 2 weeks.I'll probably try the 20 pre wo again,and see how that goes.Plus I want to hit 495 on my rack deads Mon!

Weights steadily increasing.I made so much better gains at first,but it's because I started this cycle lower than my previous best due to cutting.So I had the rebound of going from a cut to a bulk,muscle memory,and havoc all on my side.I have been noticing signs of overtraining.I feel I can up the dose,eat more,get more sleep,and power through it!Signs aren't severe or anything,just not so fired up here lately,resetting my alarm in the mornings cause I don't want to wake up,just sh!t like that...

Nothing like superdrol but I still had a good taste of it on Epidrol so.....I think it's honestly just about impossible to over train on cycle and over training is highly over stated in BB mags and forums. Look around T-nation for some literature on it. It's really pretty rare IMO...:thumbsup: But with the kind of work you and I do IDK?? I have def felt it before when I trained natty all the time....

It could be lethargy.DC is extrememly physically demanding though.It is not 12-15 sets per body part,it's 1 rp set thats made up of 3 sets if you look at it that way.So you gotta go all out.the whole I'll go all out on the next set doesn't work with DC,cause their isn't a next set for 4-5 days.It's the difference of having 1 bullet as opposed to several.You damn well better make it count!IMO,thats a huge reason why DC is so great.

And ofcourse digging holes,mixing concrete,pushing a wheel barrow full of concrete,shoveling concrete,carrying sh!t all day,even running a nail gun,drill,or saw,constatnlty walking back and forth for hours at a time,and having 10 hrs before you have to wake up and do it all over when you finally get off will take it's toll on your body.One of the thousands of reasons I need to get out of fencing,and into personal training.Theirs only one physical job that I'm happy to not have over fencing,and thats concrete work.I mean the sh!t where the guys are standing in it with rain boots on and spreading out driveways,or their mixing batch after batch of concrete if they can't use a truck.......Atleast half the time I don't have to mix,dig, and shovel all day,but it's still far from a walk in the park putting up the actual fence.I'm buying the sh!t to become a pt'r as soon as I can!6 yrs of this sh!t full time,and a life time of this sh!t part time has finally got to me......
