Man I strap the fvcking weight on with dips for tri's!I had 60lbs for 8,4,1 last time I did them,I have put 90lbs on for low reps before.And it's pantera!So you know full ROM was used and form wasn't sacraficed!
LOL! hahaha! With the right wrist out of order for 3 weeks, I stopped doing dips, DB shoulder presses, heavy curls... could barely get 32 dips at once... but shoulder press tomorrow with DBs. I was getting GOOD with them. 95lb dumbells for 11 reps with the 6-8 second negative.lol... we never see FOG again...

Haha! The old one I was 180-185... Dieted and wanted to have the 'fitness model look'. Shortly after, slipped up ended up in rehab @168lbs. Got out in 35 days 220 bulky/chunky pounds. Got back into the gym, did some serious cardio and HIT full body workouts then 1.5 months later re-introduced supps... then got ultimately serious about a strategic recomp. Now I'm at about 208-210 and climbing... Doing DC workouts and HIIT sprints 2 days a week. I do abs 3 days a week for 10 minutes intensely and 1 day a week is dedicated to nailing abs for 30 minutes HIT, non-stop.Dude, i'm sorry I just can't get over this lmao. We're actually taking about dips for the chest,but weighted dips for tri's are the king of all tri exercises!
This is the way I like to increase bodyweight also Pantera. Nice and slow. You can only build real muscle so fast. When I hear guys saying they gained 20 to 25 pounds off a 3 or 4 week Super-Drol cycle, I'm left wondering how much of that can be pure muscle. I have no interest in adding any bodyfat. If I gain 4 or 5 lean pounds off of a cycle, I'm glad. It adds up over time. 5'8"I love front sq's myself.I know you can use more weight with back sq's,but I feel my quads working harder with front sq's,so I do them quite a bit.Also back pumps are lessened with front sq's cause you don't lean forward near as much.

Thanks TG! The wrist set me back a little, for when I did it again I got less reps. Fine by me for now... I just have something to shoot for. I just did DB military with the 95s for 8 times... wrist was wrapped up good... but still 'iffy'. I have been doing the 95s for incline and flat bench for 17 times. When the wrist is in full commission, it'll all be uphill I think. 335 is a sh*tload of weight for flat bench! I haven't used barbells in a LONG time though. My chest was never my good point though... haha. I used to do 225 for 14 and 275 for 6, but never much more. It felt like hell on my shoulders, so I stopped.You're an incredibly strong dude Force! I haven't had anything to say........I do now though.My cycle will most likely end Sat.I didn't notice that feeling of being on today.Now it could of just been a bad day and all,but I feel it's best for more reasons than one to end it on Sat.So I will wo on fri,and sat will be my last day.Just to help out with recovery is the reasoning for dosing Sat.When I thought maybe I should end it,I was kinda excited.My Dad will be leaving for vacation at the end of this month so I will be working by myself,and that always sucks!Thats the ONLY time I get stressed at work.Plus with m drol,I thought I should of ended it early,and I didn't,but I should have.Even if Fri goes great,It will most likely be done.I got the hoock up now(everyone here would be straight up jealous!Thats all I'm saying....),and next cycle will be test prop.I want some good time off between this one and ther next.I have basically done 3 back to back cycles now.Time on+PCT=time off.And one where I didn't wait long enough and was noticeably shutdown.So prop will start in Nov or Dec!It will be logged......Sorry for the length,I just felt the need to explain my reasoning before I get an @$$load of NO'S!!!!!!

How much total pounds have you put on since the start of the cycle? You've put together a good cycle and log here. What more could you ask for? Last time I weighed in I was up about 8 lbs.Yeah,the dark side....well....it doesn't seem so dark!I'm kinda pissed about pics!.In order to get the pic sent to my email.it has to be zoomed in all the way for whatever reason.I'm in a new house now,and my bathroom is smaller.So I can't get a good shot what so ever of my upper body like the one I posted earlier.I guess I'll figure something out or have someone take it.....This sucks though.I had already planned on doing the same exact pose and all for my upper body so it would be the same.I forgot I moved though,and didn't know unitll just 5 minutes ago that I can't get a good shot.

.I have been noticing signs of overtraining.I feel I can up the dose,eat more,get more sleep,and power through it!Signs aren't severe or anything,just not so fired up here lately,resetting my alarm in the mornings cause I don't want to wake up,just sh!t like that...
The more likely scenario here bro is Lethargy. Nothing like superdrol but I still had a good taste of it on Epidrol so.....I think it's honestly just about impossible to over train on cycle and over training is highly over stated in BB mags and forums. Look around T-nation for some literature on it. It's really pretty rare IMO...:thumbsup: But with the kind of work you and I do IDK?? I have def felt it before when I trained natty all the time....
