DAY 16
Okay,it's day 16 and the havoc is in full swing now!!!
Wo's will be last wo,which was two weeks ago cause thats how DC works,then todays.
INC db's-80-8,4,3----->90-9,4,almost 1,couldn't quite lock it out but I count it cause it was just shy of lock out.
db mil press-55-8,4,3---->70-7,65-2,3.I had a hell of a time getting the 70's into position again,and when I did,I couldn't get 'em back up.So I grabbed 65's-2,3.On the second set that old man grabs the 70's from beside me which distracted the hell out of me and messed me up.This is what I mean by being a jerk.Then he stands infront of me and does the sloppiest hammer curls ever huffing and puffing the whole time.I was on the second rep and though what the hell!?Then my left arm started falling backwards!C0ck sucking bastard!!!!
Dips-50-8,4,3---->60-8,4,1.This is good cause I'm roughly 6lbs heavier now.
wide pullups-Bw-6,4,3---->5lber(LMAO!)-8,4,2.Again I'm roughly 6 lbs heavier,so very nice!(borat voice)
Rack deads fvckers!!!!!-315-7,405-4---->365-11,455-8!Damn thos felt good!I have these painfull rug burn type things just above my knees,but it felt so good.I may have been able to hit 9,but I didn't feel safe so I listened to that little voice.I mean the eigth one was hard as hell!Then when I quit I had a little pain in the side of my right knee......You ever see a guy snap his leg on deads?I have,on TV ofcourse.
I did a little abs and alittle cardio and felt great!Didn't want to leave!
