I'm almost positive this is just a fluke,a bad day I guess,but I have been very tired with very little appetite today.Just figured I'd mention it due to this being a log and all.I mentioned this morning how I am thankfull for ECA on mornings like these cause I was tired then.I def didn't want to get out of bed.I felt fine during my wo,but shortly after I was just wore out!I have been drinking on my shakes all day,so that might have something to do with little appetite.I mean my shakes are milk,peanut butter,oats,and whey.I just finished a huge burger and some rice with milk.Once I started eating it was so good,but I just didn't want it.This better be a fluke,and I'm confident it is.I've been getting 7-8 hrs of sleep.

I am sure it's just a bad day. Nothing more. Do not abandon this cycle also. You're gonna have to put that m-drol incident behind you bro. It's not going to happen everytime you take a PS. You're fine, just worn out from the hard DC type of training. You'll adapt and get stronger than ever before. The best is yet to come my friend!! :woohoo: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
yeah, I've done 2 epi cycles and no lethargy to speak of. well...i did once, but i was also taking t3, and when i brought the dosage on that down a little, it went away, so i know what the cause was.

I think so too.This sh!t just came out of nowhere.Every day has been good mood and hunger wise,but today just sucks!It's gotten better already and heavies log realy re lit that fire for me to force down some food.It's weird,when I eat it taste good and feels good,I just have no drive to eat today.I've had it happen before naturally though,I'm sure it will clear up.If this is something that designers are doing to me all the sudden,then next log will have needles involved.My first designer was greatness all the way through.

I don't have the magic answer, but I've noticed on hot days I can't eat anything that is even semi-dry OR hot. Like I could kill some green beans, but chicken/rice I would rather throw on the walls and make art out of.

Does eating just bore you so much it's like, "why bother?"

I work outside so I'm used to dealing with the weather.If it was the heat then I'd know thats all it is.My last m drol cycle,which is what TG was refering to,was something totally different.I have always been a big eater.People have laughed and/or shook their head at me and my eating since 13.Yeah eating all the time every day all day def gets old sometimes,but I know why I do it.I wish I had before pics,but I don't.I have came a long ways from what I was meant to look like.I'm going to tear some food up for the rest of the day.

It happens even on the real juice, that is why I recommend going into cycle eating normal, then after a couple weeks in whammo you eat like a fvcking horse. It is hard to stay focused everyday on eating, just listen to your body, and realize every plan has hiccups. Always try and move your percentages up each week, I am referring to working set 1RM and you'll fvckin want to eat like a son of a b!tch!!!!

Remeber the fvcking DOOM CREW MOTTO Lift big brutha and eat big NO BULLSH!T.

I usually do want to eat like a son of a b!tch!!!And I'm back to it too!I just had a huge plate of food I was starving for by the time I finished cooking it.I guess it was just a bad phase for whatever reason.When my appetite got killed on m drol,it didn't come back untill I quit.

I don't blame havoc at all for that guys.

The high blood pressure will do that on Drol and Havoc, sometimes.

My BP's been doing pretty good,but it has clearly jupmed from time to time.I'll check it again tonight.I always check at night or in the morning or at night.I added one more HB pill since my blood pressure got to 140/77.But then the next morning it was 127/75.Maybe I had a spike in BP?
 
Damn I wish I knew that earlier FOG,cause I would of checked my BP on lunch.I am taking ECA pre wo,but I was taking that three times a day for weeks and BP was doing good.Maybe taking 20mg's of havoc and the ECA was just too much for me.I do have high BP naturally if I don't do anything about it.:think:I'm probably going to stick with my regular evenly dosing plan here on out.
 
My BP is definately yo-yoing right now.It was 140/73,or something like that.I'll continue to check it atleast two times a day from here on out.I'm taking 7 pills of HB right now.3 in morning,2 mid day,2 at night.so I'm thinking about dividing the dose one by one to maybe help it stay a little more consistent.I may have to drop the prewo ECA.

On a more positive note,I feel I look fuller and thicker in the mirror.At the gym I have to make myself stop looking in the mirrors:lol:I don't want to appear concieted to others cause I can't stand guys that are full of themselves.I'm sensing good things are fixing to start happening!I want to measure something,but I want to get away from that.It's amazing how much fluctuation can occur.Especially from bulking to cutting and vise versa.Anyone who followed my last log knows I have calmed down like crazy with the damn scale.Anyone who didn't......well it's day 11 now,so you'd have 11 updates on weight so far..........

I need to up my Caffeine for sure bro. I got a solid ECA stack together so if I have to puss out on my cycle to prevent looking like dis bizth:chick: but lactating, I'll start eating that shjt with my DTHC and some NO2.

Today is day 12,and everythings fine.I ate this morning and I usually never eat in the morning.I just drink a huge shake and wait untill later.I never ate breakfast as a kid.I just don't like the thought of eating when I'm still half asleep.But I ate this morning no problem,and it was good.BP is doing fine....again!I still can't believe the soreness that these short yet intense wo's can produce.It just proves to me how much I was holding back before with multiple exercises and sets for each muscle.But I wouldn't of believed it at the time.BS!Put down the pipe,unsubscribe from a few logs,and C'MON!!!!!!

I was going to use DTH for test during PCT,but now I'm going to use bulk 50%icariin and testofen.See how that goes as it's definately cheaper this way.I will also be using bulk 50% cissus powder,but I'm starting that as soon as I get it.

I don't see why not.I like to run test boosters longer than anything else for pct.In other words,when I drop nolva,I continue the test boosters.

It's 1:30 here and I have ate 4 times today including my shake.VERY NICE!!!(borat voice)considering I woke up at 7:00 today.I've been hearing alot about hair loss with epithios........

Not too long ago I woulda been freaking out!I grew my hair from 17 untill last christmas eve.Now it's buzzed........But yeah I've seen some threads in the steroid section about it.I wonder how many are just paranoid who would of lost it no matter what.Ofcourse everyone says thinning.Do ya'll fill your bottles manually?I figured their would be a machine or something,but your post in your thread makes it sound as if you literally fill them yourself.

D@mnit I missed out on the whole tweaking thing?? Fcuk I swear this one time I spilled my whole seal on the floor of this motel cause I was so fcuked up (5 days a runnin strong!) looking out the window to see if there were any cops or ninjas or some sht lol....Anyways after I realized I had just dumped a half on the ground I started picking up pieces. I picked up this one piece that looked suspicious so I did what any spun duck would do: I tasted it to see if it was the sht and I swear to god it was a fcuking BOOGER!!! And not my fcuking booger either!! I remembered the taste from my disturbing childhood, it was unmistakable!!!

And that is the story of the first booger I ever tasted that wasn't my own...........................but it certainly wouldn't be the last....

someone I know maybe me but I wouldn't admit it, stayed up one time 9 straight days on some sick greasy smelly cubes, you know the ones, vanilla ice ice baby, it was cut a sliver snort it up cut a sliver tand fire it up well 8 days later I, I mean this guy I know, gots the apartment windows taped over with 3 mil black plastic taking smoke detectors apart, chain smoking, I, I mean he decides hey its like 9 days later I haven't slept or ate I better try and drink myself down, drinks a handle of cheap vodka, goes in the kitchen to make some mac-n-cheese, top goes to the bottom, bottom to the top, I, I mean he manages to turn off the stove walks towards the coach, ummmm can't make it bail to floor sleep for 12 straight hours wake up and get right back on it..... what a miserable life........
