Well guys,everyone so far thats gave an opinon says they prefer higher doses prewo.I even asked dsade,the owner of RPN,in another thread.

Ah geez BS!You kill me!!!Heres my reasoning for not wanting to try it though.I have already been doing it this way for 9 days.20 for one day,then 30 up untill yesterday when I bumped it up to 40.So I was thinking if I try it and like it,how do I know if it was just it finally realy kicking in or not?But heres why I'm going to try it.Anyone with input says they prefer higher doses pre wo.One for sure cause bass did it in two different cycles which is how it should be tested.Possibly TG as well.I'm not positive if he did it in 2 cycles though or half way through........Plus training three days a week gives me 4 to have it evenly spread out.So I'll try 2 prewo on wed.If I go to 50,I may try 3 prewo.Another said he liked that alot.
 
Not positive if I'll go to 50 quite yet.Back pumps have definately started,but nothing bad.They're just annoying.What I hate though,and it tried to happen today,is my damn tear drops cramping up!I don't know whats up with that.Man if it goes all out,it is the most intense cramping ever.Very uncomftorable if it happens in public.It always happens after sitting for a while then standing.Once the legs lock out.....BAM!!!!!

Yea that's crazy bro. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone else complaining about that but your legs are pretty fcuking big so IDK maybe that has something to do with it. I had pretty shtty back pumps from about week 2 on so be prepared man. Drink water till you float bro.
And don't go to 50mgs yet!! Fcuk no!! That stuff hasn't even hit you yet man, wait at LEAST another full week. I'd wait till day 21 to up it cause you really don't want to take it much higher than that ya know? Maybe 60mgs IDK but safety first brother.....:afro:

That's the DC training taking effect!! You're gonna have some severe DOMS for a while until you adapt somewhat to that style of training. It's just a sign that you went intensely enough during your leg sessions!! "No pain...No gain"!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Yeah I have had to walk through it before and they cramp when the legs straight,then give a little when they're bent.So it goes from intense,to not so intense the whole time.I definately look awkward too,I can just tell.I learned to go to my knees if it fully kicks in.Thats all that will take it away.
Today I took 3 grams taurine prewo I believe,then 1 gram afterwards when I felt them try to cramp again.I was taking 6 with my m drol cycle.I have had it happen one time without being on anything special but I was doing family/social stuff so I wasn't drinking near as much water as usual.I'll probably go to 4 grams for next time I hit legs,cause thats when they cramp is after leg day.

The 20 reppers on these last two leg wo's were the hardest 20 reppers ever.I kinda aimed high cause I knew once I started,it could only end at 20,and no less!

30mgs is a good dose IMO. Especially at your weight, just give it some time and then.......:jaw::frustrate:head::smite::woohoo::aargh::bb3::bb::yawn: all in that order!!!
 
I may have to try some supercissus in my PCT.Nolva,DTH,and supercissus.I have almost full bottles of AP and p-slin as well that I saved purely to use during my PCT.Should help to keep gains I would think,so I just put them up in my cupboard untill PCT.
 
Do you cap this bulk stuff TG?I have had carboxy straight and it's not bad,but I imagine some could be pretty nasty.I just placed an order yesterday too!I always find something after I place an order!I have to buy the DTH anyways.

Guys,I just had so much fajita meat:food:I had two huge fajitas and then ate the rest of the meat I planned on saving for later.God these things are amazing!I know I already mentioned them,but they're that good!I go to this little mexican market,and most of the time I'm the only white person there.Then it's a minimum of a five minute wait to get called(you take a number)to place your order for the meat cause everyone else knows how good they are.They have other stuff but it's usually the fajita meat being sold.Before I found out they had a sign up high with the number they were calling,I'd just wait untill no one walked up or untill someone else told me it was me:lol:I get lost after 6 in spanish,and it's always some double digit number..........So worth every bit of it!!!!!

That was plan a untill I found the sign that would show the number they were calling.

Just checked my BP and it sudenly raised,140/75.The second one is always good(>80).I have heard it's actually more important than the first for whatever reason.I switched HB brands and my new one has slightly less than my old,so I might throw in one more.I'll check tomorrow and see how things look.I may have to do a little extra cardio too,I'm not doing much right now.

That looks fine to me,I would keep it there.I'm just going to use supercissus cause it helps with joints and all and they say it's anabolic as well.That would be very useful while doing DC.I plan on lifting heavy for a while.I want more strength and size and thats the best way to get it IMO.I need a 315 bench,a 405 sq,and a 500 deadlift dammit!(I got a ways to go:sad:)

It tells you on the containers how many milligrams a quarter-teaspoon or half-teaspoon would equal. Just measure it out, down the gullet, and a water chaser. Like you do with good scotch! Oh, I remember my drinking days!!:drunk: And yes, a lot of it tastes like sweaty ass! Horny Goat Weed Powder is THE worst tasting stuff I ever put in my mouth!! Just man up and do it, I always say!! Glad you're liking the lower volume. It is the right way to do it IMO!! I wish that more people would open up to the idea as easily as you did. FOOFAC and myself would love to see more people stop wasting their energy and time doing way too many sets with too little intensity. We need to spread the word that DC training and H.I.T. training is the best use of one's gym time!! Mike Mentzer used to say that one could lightly tap a stick of dynamite many times with out getting a response. But hit it hard just 1 time and....BANG!! Most people don't even realize that they're holding back on those numerous sets. But subconsciously they are. You're saving a little something for those sets that you know are yet to come. But when you know that you have 1 main set (with either a drop, forced reps, rest-pause reps, or partials with a static) you're much more likely to pour ALL of your being into it. Glad you've decided to stop wasting precious time and start training like a fukkin' beast!! :aargh: You are certain to grow like never before now. Give it Hela here on out broski!! No problem TG!I want others to see it too,and I love the dynamite analogy!This didn't last very long,but I was doing 25 work sets for bis at one point!This was before I learned how to eat right and all I could think of to get better results,or realy just results period,was to do more work with the weights.Plus I read about Ruhel doing 25 sets...........I was also doinf full body wo's for the upper cause I wasn't hitting legs yet and doing 5 sets each every other day.I mean every other day!No weekends off.Then I started hitting legs the other days and was working out 7 days a week.Thats what I mean by I wish I knew then what I know now.I was serious,dedicated,and consistent at 18.I just lacked the knowledge untill roughly 20.

I said just read the nutritiion and supplementation articles for right now. I don't want him falling prey to the more is better philosophy. I told him that those fukkers are on loads of gear. No way we can train the same way and recover from it. Franco Colombu said once that you can either train hard or train long, but never both. It's physically impossible to do both at the same time. I thought the 6 day a week thing was a good idea at first... lol. I got my lifts in and even grew... but I was a lazyass for the rest of the day. They don't mention that all the pros lift like that because they can sit around and eat/sleep the rest of the time unlike the rest of us who arn't paid to get sick with it in the gym.

I hear ya on that. I find that for me, this works best:
Monday- HIT fullbody 45-50 minutes session
Tuesday - HIIT 20 minutes
Wednesday - HIT fullbody 45-50 minutes session
Thursday - HIIT 20 minutes
Friday - HIT fullbody 45-50 minutes session
Saturday - Offday
Sunday - Offday

The pros are already genetically crazy without the juice as well.That just ups it even more for them.After working today I realised that my forearms are pretty sore today as well.All I did was wrsit curls with the rest pause like the bi's.I have done behind the back wrist curls,db wrist curls inwards,and then grab a bar with 135 and hold onto it as long as possible for one giant set three times with high reps,and not gotten sore from it.It burned like hell doing it,but that was it.I seen these wrist curls done on the interenet like this and they work so well.You set your wrist on the bench and curl with a BB.I'm sure ya'll have done it or seen it done before.Let your hands stretch down as much as possible at the bottom,and let the bar roll down to the tip of you fingers.Use you fingers like a hoock and keep your thumbs on the same side as other fingers.Then explosively lift it up as much as possible and feel that painfull contraction and lower the bar back down slowly and hold that stretched hooked position I mentioned for a little while.Then repeat.Each rep will hurt a little more than the last.I could barely grip the pen,let alone write down my reps at the end of sets.I thibnk my first set was around 12 or so.I'm lifting heavy for everything right now.I usually keep forearms and calves higher.

I like the personalized twist to the DC methods you have going on here Force! Let me ask a dumb fukkin' question. On your rest-pause, DC says to take 12 to 15 deep breaths before lifting for 2 to 4 more reps and then 12 to 15 deep breaths again before going for 1 to 3 more reps. How long does that 12 to 15 deep breaths take you? 20 seconds, 30 seconds? ....I'm curious.:think: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

He actually suggest for some older people to do higher reps if needed due to joint pain.The suggestion is 11-15 total though.Each set taken to failure.The breaks don't take too long.Especially when you're breathing kinda heavy.I just count the breaths myself but it's not that long.It's technically three sets with short breaks in between.He says to not rush the breaths and make them nice and deep cause the point of them is recovery.

I get at least 6 or 7 hours every day. I get home from work at 4 or 5:00 A.M. and take a 3 hour nap. I then wake up and train. Then I do what I need to do. Then it's back to bed at 2:00 P.M. for 4 more hours of sleep before waking up to get ready for work. It's always spilt up like this on my work nights. But I'm off for 3 nights right now. So I've been posting my ass off today!!:type: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I was just curious bro as I usually just watch the clock on the wall and wait 10 to 15 seconds between my drop sets lately. I may have to give myself a little more time to recover for the next drop. I think I'll try the 15 DEEP breathes this morning for my Chest and Triceps blast!! I'm definitely going to incorporate some DC techniques into my next cycle's routines, with my own Thunder-twist to it, of course!! Thanks for the help (as usual) Force!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Thats why I say it's technically three sets with short breaks.I always thought when doing a rest pause,you just rested long enough to get one more rep.Then on drop sets I have always thought you just go immediately from one to the other with no rest in between.......right?
 
Well guys I'm disapointed to say I didn't notice a difference with dosing the havoc at 20 compared to 10 pre wo.It is only day 11 though,so maybe the havoc just hasn't realy kicked in yet.I'm going to try it again,but I'm going to wait untill I realise one day that the havoc has taken affect.Then I'll try it again.I was excited about trying it,so I wasn't just dismissing the idea.Plus I completely forgot I took 20mg's untill the wo was almost done.Thats a very fair trial IMO.As fair as it gets realy.It was good wo,just nothing special compared to my last wo's.I tried increasing my db's a little more than I should of on flat bench compared to what I did for inc last week.I was hoping I would kill 'em,but I didn't.I def look fuller in the mirror though.Mass tabs took three weeks to kick in for me.so I understand that it just needs a little more time is all.

One thing I have been meaning to say but keep forgetting is that I have had some minor headaches here and there.BP's been doing good for the most part,so IDK.Also,it's true what some say,with m drol I was ready to be done at this point,with havoc,i'm happy to continue.

Man their was this new hot girl at the gym today.I hope she sticks around.I would realy like to get to know her.She had an ipod as all girls do,but I may just have to work around this.Thats sends a message to me that they don't want to be bothered,But I like her alot and libido is high at times with havoc.I'm a butt man myself,and her butt is so nice!!!!She was doing cardio at first,so I figured she was another cardio queen.Then she started working her back with some nice exercises and pretty good form.That ups my attraction to her so much!
