Just got woken up at 2 am. Some drunk kid ran his car thru the guard house at my town house complex. Must've been going at least 40 mph. A couple of my neighbors straight up beat his ass cuz he tried to run. Thank god for good people. Grabbed my AK when I heard all the commotion, so ready to take someone out! Damn I'm trigger happy. Wanted to get me some! Cops came just in time... And now he's off to jail... Dang I really wanted to take someone out... next time... Sorry if this offends some of you but I get excited when this type of thing happens.

Don't even know where his rear bumper is? Which means he probably hit something else before blowing past a stop sign at nearly 50mph! I would have liked to take him out, I'm kinda cold like that...

The break this weekend is gonna be awesome! My arms and chest and shoulders are shot right now! Whew...

I had thought about switching up to an HST type workout next week but I've decided to keep at this one. It really is designed well for a short growth period.

Today I'm ending around 2800 cals. Fat below 75g, carb and protein 300+

I 100% agree, Crossfit doesn't work anywhere but inside a specified gym. I've done it before,
Loved it, but could never imagine actually doing it in a regular gym. They end up using the pull up bars, the power rack, the surrounding area and the dumbbells you need. Def annoying

Oh yeah, I'm not knocking it as a sport. I've done it before as well and enjoy what I get out of it but it def doesn't belong in a regular gym
 
Alright so I'm changing things up a bit. Gonna be turning this into a recomp/cut for the next 3 weeks. Gonna carb cycle with 3 day variety low/medium/high and refeed on Sundays. Keeping fats on the low end below 50 for the remainder of this competition and high protein intake. Cals should come in below 2500 daily. Trying to get a little lower BF%. I'm going to do this for an upcoming first time test e solo run to start when this ends after I get bloods done to make sure I'm ready!

Also switching up most carbs to fruit and veggies...

I wouldn't advise switching carbs to fruits and veggies if your goal is to cut now. If you want to switch to a cutting diet I will redo your diet for you. The diets I set up for you guys were designed to get the job done with the food list provided. You have to trust in the diet and give it some time. Step out of the comfort zone and get away from what may simply just seem easier. Let me know if you would like me to change your diet man.

With PNI yes. Never taken dmaa either, DAA probably 4 times. As for fat burners I've tried a couple but never used them continuously until this run, usually just as an energy boost. Thermadex is pretty good stuff though, works up a sweat, plenty of energy, and good mood boosting effect. Prodigy is hella great as a stim and endurance maximizer but the taste is lacking, not that most of us really care about taste much cuz we slam that shyt like a shot of vodka... or whatever. So far the test boosting is working well. I came into this off a Finaflex pct run so my test is pretty well recovered at this point and my libido is all over the place, yay for me!

You're telling me bro. I can eat 2500 clean without even trying. 4000 clean takes work. Less than 2000 is gonna kill me but its only 3 weeks. Should be good results though specially with hard work and cardio...

I've never really cut with intent before but I know how my body responds to cal deficit and cardio. I should be sitting pretty come the end of this month bro. Never used fat burners with the intent o burning fat either so this should be good!

Yeah this is gonna be good. I'll be a lot leaner with the diet and probably drop ~5lbs. Once the cho leaves my body it will make the biggest difference

Oh Gawd I'm so worried about losing muscle with the cal deficit! Hopefully the test boosters work well enough to keep my strength up. DAA and dmaa are both proven chems so unless my system is broke down they should work out great.

I'll get some cutting cycle pics up tomorrow morning when I'm a little bit dryer!

A little bit more than I was supposed to aim for. 32 more carbs than I was supposed to and 7 more fat and 6 less protein. It's cool though cuz this was hard and I'm starving! I can't remember the last time I ate this little. This diet is gonna have me lean and mean!

Weigh in and pics in the morning. Weighed 197.5 a minute ago but being net the end of day I won't count it.

Stay tuned... This is gonna be good!
