PA vs Epi what to try?

If you've never tried either, hard to say. Bang for buck wise, with human resistance training data behind it - PA. I got nothin' from -(-)Epi according to my training log.

Why not both? I get thats not the question, but you will have people in the epi bandcamp and people in the PA bandcamp

I mean really, that is the way to go. Taking SL is so cheap that there is little to lose in trying both. Epi is obviously more expensive but if the question is posed, I'd assume you could afford it.

Based on available research I would go for PA.

Anecdotally, I wasn't impressed enough to be a repeat buyer of either.

I'd try both. I had good results on epi, and I'm trying PA now with good results. Although I'm using Soy Lechitin granules at "double doses", not the capped products.

It'd be tough to beat SL from here on out for PA. Unless one gets GI issues or any other stomach issues, I don't see why anyone would go with a concentrated product (unless they couldn't fit the fats from SL in their diet).

Most are running anywhere from 2-5 tbsp and having no issues.

What -epi product did you try, May I ask?

One bottle from Olympus Labs at the recommended dose.

I haven't tried any other products so can't comment on feeling like one worked better than the other.

Gotcha...guessing og Ep1c...haven't used that...just started Cel EpiPlex last week, I've been impressed in just the 4 workouts I've done with it so far...even fuller pumps on top of HV/IV + SL, which I've been using for months...

I've been running PA for 7 weeks now and just added Epi Plex. Really excited to see the results of both combined!
