-Supplemental PA is not working via tissue saturation in the way that ArA works. Thus it's likely working at the extracellular level so dosing it around workout time is likely how it is working.
-Taking it around meal time will likely not do much of anything, because it is the exercise stress which produces the enzymes that needs to convert the PA to LPA. These enzymes will not "leak" out to the extracellular level without the physical stressors (exercise).
-Thats why it should be taking prior training
I remember hearing something like this before. Do you remember where this was mentioned (by the researchers)?
If the stress from exercise is necessary, why is it recommended for off days in the first place?
Also, I wasn't trying to say that I recommend people dose off days only. Just meant it is something I wanna try since right now I got a bottle of ARA to get through anyway.
So I went to Wal-Dump to try and find it because they either carried Fear or the other one people frequently use (the name escapes me but I have it written down). The website says it is at the store but I go there and 4 workers have no idea what I'm talking about. Anyone know what department they keep it in?
2 weeks into ArA-PA-Epicatechin -stack (X-gels 1,5g pwo, soy lecithin 4tbsp/day, Ep1c 2/day) and the DOMS has finally arrived, big time.

Personaly, I would add HMB FA too because i have tried everything of natty stuff and HMB FA is one of the best things i have tried.
But those 3 I mentioned are amazing
Clear Muscle is HMB FA right? I already have this, just checkin. Would you consider a differnt product or would this be fine? You like Xgels over X-Factor ?

There is just one HMB FA product on the marked as I know and its Clear Muscle.

There is another one, Muscletor from Manninen Nutraceuticals (in Finland), 168 caps, 1000mg/cap

That's right. I'd still go for granules that have high total phosphatides percent. Fearn, Optima, LEF and Global River all seem to be standardized for a minimum of 97% phosphatides. I'm pretty sure that NOW has the same 97% as well, as quite a few sites list it in the product description, but I didn't see it on the label or their website. Either way, any of the brands listed above should be good to go.Sorry page 26 or 27
anyway, upshot is that it is generaly safe to assume a 7% PA content of most soy lecithin granule products
The only option i have for an immediate purchase is really NOW brand or else i have to import from another country which takes ages to arrive.. I hope that works![]()

Can you stack Ara, PA and magnitropin at the same time
I will take magnitropin with breakfast then how do I take the Pa and Ara
The pa is suppose to be taken 30 to 60 minutes prior to workout and Ara fasted 45 minutes prior. Thoughts on timing

X factor says 825 mg of X factor advance proprietary formula
beneath that it says Arasyn 40% Arachidonic acid
Do I take 2 caps or since it says 40% I take 4
Hey would running PA or PA+ARA be pointless on a cut? Would you see any recomp action, or best saved for bulk?
Phosphatidic acid is not a critical Spec for our manufacturer therefore we have no amount to declare at this time. We will be discussing this with our vendors to evaluate its presence and its relevance in lecithins composition and benefit.

First cycle and I am confused
I thought you were suppose to take Ara fasted?
Taking first dose of Magnitropin at breakfast
Going to take second dose of Magnitropin prior to workout and will take fasted if necessary with Ara, what do I do with PA
