P-slin for carb load ???

Quick question. I had picked up a couple of boxes of p-slin during they sale NP had was wondering on a use for it. I am on a cut now and doing a keto type diet (AD) and was wondering for my carb days If I could take p-slin with my high carb meals and it would beneficial if I'm not working out afterwards. Would the nutrient partioning would help deliver all nutrients to the right areas.
 
i thought that would be a good idea to use on carb load days after a depletion workout but after reading dinoiis (sp?) body opus reloaded. He was saying that its better to use GDAs on low carb days to push farther into ketosis ;but he was talking about ALA nd gbol. i think to not use the GDA on carb refeeds because u want insulin going crazy and the berberine and banaba relieve some of the pancreas release of insulin, so it doesnt have to work as hard. but he said that wouldnt be what u want . so idk
 
^I tried to read this but you are short a few of these (...). This is best answered by USP anyways because it has been covered before with varying opinions. Many, including myself use PSlin for that exact purpose when cutting but know that you have to watch your water intake an hour before and after your refeed or you will retain a lot afterwards. Also, I always tried to do it in the evening on Sunday to get the glycogen stores up for the week.
 
Phellendron makes your pancreas work harder bro, hence why you should take breaks from continous use of it.
 
Well if any of the usp reps can chime in and give their opinion o. The best timing (if any) to use this and under what parameters would be best during a keto diet?
 
I use it prior to my refeed meals when I'm running a keto diet - love it!
every third day, final meal of the night, an all-carb meal (large sweet potato, large banana, 1.5 cups oats, 2 cups broccoli), preceeded by Pslin 15min prior.
I also utilize it when in low-carb mode in general (like right now): my breakfasts will contain @60g carbs, and I train 90min later..other than postWO (@45g carbs, I use AP prior) that would be the majority of my carbs for the day.
the keto carbing process seems to work better for me w/ Pslin in play; I stay a little tighter and those carbs seem to be distributed a bit better..and my workouts the following day? fuhget about it - muscles are loaded and ready to rock! :)
 
Every third day last meal.. Sounds like the scivation cut diet not a keto diet
 
actually, while it's similar to the Scivation diet, I been doing this for almost 10yrs..the structure came from Beverly International, and I refer to it as the 'Beverly Diet'.
there are many different formats of a keto diet.
