no, because it would help increase your natty test levels a bit. your body won't get "lazy" so to speak. it'd actually HELP you to recover faster.
 
Well, I am not quitting early. I feel a ton better since I started the DHEA and caffeine. Also, the fact that half my shirts don't even fukin fit anymore is a boost... I basically have to go out and get new clothes...

So I finished my workout. I've had some extra stress today, and I had to force myself to finish the last few sets... I'm not gonna let this SD go to waste. Strength is still up, looking much more full, pumped as normal... Still lovin it!
 
Sounds like you've got the balls to push through your workouts bro,thats what separates the men from the boys ;) !I've read alot of logs from people who have done these stacks and a good few people have stopped the cycle early!I say if your still growing and can tolerate the sides,keep going,after all,you'll have to wait a while for the next cycle!Anyways....loving this log bro,very detailed!
 
Well, today I'm feelin alright. Nothin special, but man I feel so much better now that I'm not on phera... And the DHEA seems to be helping some. Weight this morning was 199.4. Strength is still up, and I don't think I'm as irritable as I was on phera either. Skin is more oily now though, gotta start with the acne wash again.
 
I had some acne problems last time I was using s-drol by fast action.I'm using M-drol this time which I hear from alot of people that its the best superdrol clone.This is also my 1st time using the phere-plex,its the clone called phera-bol.Are you still completing the whole cycle?
 
Oh hell yeah I'm completing the whole cycle. If you're gonna want to use phera in the future, you might want to stock up. It's getting banned June 24th.

On a side note - Significant testicular atrophy (I know it'l come back in PCT) and NO libido. Also can't hold an erection.

From what all the DEA statements said it sure looks like it. Unless we can somehow convince them to not ban it, and we all know theres no way... That's alright, got 8 bottles of the overdosed lot:D

Oh, another thing - Went on a hike with a friend today, and had DEBILITATING calf and lower back pumps. Oh, and for some reason, I have a couple of soft lumps on my shins. It's strange, they don't hurt or anything, and I've had them for a long time...

It's mostly clean, but I don't mind fitting in some dirty calories. Plus, I got my cut where I'll be overly restrictive about my diet:D Very high protein though. I make sure I get between 30-50g for each meal, no exceptions.

Seems my cycle is paying off, going to a club with a little portuguese hottie tomorrow night. Gonna show off the new taylored suit:D

As for the diet,I'm pretty much the same with the protien and also try to get alot of complex carbs.I find it very hard to put on weight so have to add alot of cheat meals to put on weight,I'm a true ectomrph.What body type are you bro?
 
I don't know what you would call it, but I started out borderline obese, then worked down to 11%bf and started bulking & cutting.

Yeah I just realized that in no way answered your question lol. I gain muslce and fat easily, lose muscle easily, and very hard to lose fat...

weight this morning was 202.8. Didn't have anything to drink last night, but for some reason I couldn't get to sleep. I think it was caffeine. Anyways, had about 2 hours of sleep, gonna use some diphenhydramine tonight. Feelin alright, but tired. Workout tonight, I'll report more back later.
 
Weight this morning was 201.5. Feelin pretty good today, haven't done much except relax and not move much. Worked out yesterday after work, started doing a powerlifting routine with an old school powerlifter. He's led 9 people to break records, so I'm pretty psyched about working with him. Feelin pretty good now, not so much lethargy, and got a pretty even keel on mood. On a side note, someone took my picture the other day, and I gotta say I looked really bloated... I don't know if it was just that day, or if I look like this lately or what but I hate it.

Pretty damn good!

Great workout today. Went to a different gym about 50 miles away from where I live with that powerlifter I had talked about. He worked me pretty hard. About halfway through I ran to the bathroom and projectile vomited. One of my workout buddies came in and said it sounded like I was pouring an entire gallon jug of crap into the toilet lol. But I just came back out and finished my workout. Shrugged 450 for 6 reps:twisted: We talked about it afterwards and decided that the reason I vomited was multiple reasons 1)Just got contacts today and put them in for the first time an hour before my workout, so I was getting used to them and my equilibrium was a bit off 2) I had 3 servings of endorush right before my workout 3)had an odwalla bar with the endorush (I'll never eat one again) 4) Working out extremely hard. All in all it was a great workout, lookin forward to workin with those guys again.
 
Now thats,when you know you've had a good workout!I've thrown up many of times whilst workingout,not nice,but hardcore training!Did you manage to take in your carbs and protien straight after the workout?
I'm worried at the mo with my cycle,as my left bicep was hurting so bad,last night it was pounding with the beat of my heart and keeping me awake and I can't even tense my left arm,I might have to cut my cycle short :(

Naw, I haven't had any problems with joint pain right now so far. If I were you I would give the arms a break and train a little less intensely. I wouldn't quit the cycle early.
 
Just figured I would throw this out there, starting a creatine cycle tomorrow that way I'm done with the loading phase by monday when I end the cycle! Oh, and I overtrained something aweful on Monday, my biceps are still thrashed pretty terrible. I probably won't work them again directly on cycle.
 
PCT, moderate workouts and whatnot. I might compete in a lifting comp here in a few months but thats a ways away yet.

Oh, it's definately the muscle. I'm not really having any joint discomfort so far which is really great. I've had a couple days during this cycle where it's been pretty bad for joint pain, but with my artheritis, I'm surprised that it's only been a couple days so far!

Weight this morning is 206.0!
 
Oh man, workout was good! Got 285 on bench today, so that's awesome. Lifts are up all over, I'm gonna miss this cycle... Vascularity still great, feel pumped often. Libido still down, but I feel alright. No shedding, acne isn't that bad at all and I quit using the face wash.

Well, I've decided that today is the last day of my cycle. I'm going to cut it a couple days short. My reasons are 1) My stool has been light in color for a few days and I've read that light stool color is a sign of liver stress. 2) I just don't feel well inside. I feel strong, feel great, but I just don't feel right in my stomach and liver area. 3) I keep getting ill when I try to drink water. Sometimes it just feels like things are rotting in my stomach. I'm done with this. I'm gonna start milk thistle, nolva, continue hawthorn berry and fish oils tomorrow. Overall, I loved this cycle. I packed on mass like nothing else, and my strength is through the roof. Would I do it again? I don't really know. I felt like tons o' sh!t while on the phera. But all in all, I feel like my hard work and suffering paid off. In the last 3 day's I've been accused 4 times of using steroids and people are constantly asking if I've gained muscle, if I'm working out, what supps am I taking, when I'm going to compete, etc. Loved it. Lets see how much I can hang on to in PCT!

It's awesome when people accuse you of taking roids or ask what you're doing and that you got huge. So when your stool is light in color it means liver stress?? Really? When it's better to be safe than sorry. Great thread though, tons of information here.
 
Well it's word of mouth. I mean stool is light every once in a while, but it's been light/pale for several days, and honestly, what am I going to gain in two days anyways? Plus, the less time being suppressed, the better!

Ya I agree to stop 2 days before, you wont gain much if anything in the last two days so it's better to start. Are you doing your Nolva right now?

1,000mg of milk thistle. look for a brand called Nature's Bounty. you can get it at Walgreen's and most other pharmacies OTC. it will say silymarin milk thistle. this is a concentrated extract of silymarin equal to 1,000mg of milk thistle. good stuff and cheap :thumbsup: i'd actually say you should take 2,000mg daily. ESPECIALLY given your current situation with stool color, etc. this is what I am doing just for safety's sake during my PCT from my phera/SD bridge. i did this as my pre-load also, but used sam-e while on cycle due to thistle's effect on exegenous male hormones.
 
Yeah, started Nolva today. I am so thankful I went the tab route this time haha. Got a sh!tload of milk thistle. Thing is, I have two brands, one has 80% sylmarin, the other has something like 5%, but they're both milk thistle. Whatever the case I have a ton of both. Time to go out and do another training session with the powerlifter. Had another 10 hour day beforehand in 95 degree weather, humid as hell, and no air conditioning where I work, so needless to say I feel like crap. But hey, this is what separates the men from the boys right? The ability, and determination to push through when it gets rough, not when it's easy:thumbsup:
