p-plex/M-drol w/ Trena log-Subscribe this baby!

Yeah, started Nolva today. I am so thankful I went the tab route this time haha. Got a sh!tload of milk thistle. Thing is, I have two brands, one has 80% sylmarin, the other has something like 5%, but they're both milk thistle. Whatever the case I have a ton of both. Time to go out and do another training session with the powerlifter. Had another 10 hour day beforehand in 95 degree weather, humid as hell, and no air conditioning where I work, so needless to say I feel like crap. But hey, this is what separates the men from the boys right? The ability, and determination to push through when it gets rough, not when it's easy:thumbsup:

I am new to this site, and I've just finished reading this thread or whatevever it's called. I have been lucky enough to try many different cycles of the real goods and lately a few different designer products. I just wanted to suggest that all of you guys trying these cycles eat as much as you can unless you're not interested in putting any size on. I believe that these "clean" diets are minimizing your gains. A little of my background: 27 years old, 6'1, my weight on one scale was 205 and 212 on another(need to see a Dr.), still an advanced personal trainer though not my occupation, graduated high school at this height and 141lbs, true hard gainer... I'm interested in this thread b/c my M Drol will arrive any day now. Just finished PCT for Epidrol, and it was great other than getting very sick partly through the cycle. I'll probably start the M drol sometime this week. I'll continue to post on here to keep this thread alive. How do you put your pictures on the Avatar once you load them? Thanks and good luck to all of you trying to accomplish your goals!!!
 
Well hey Papa T, When did you finish PCT? I would wait for a few weeks after PCT for the body to become well regulated before starting another cycle, especially something as strong as M-Drol. You'll love the M-Drol (I think. Probably depends on how the sides treat you). Good luck bro, keep up the hard work!

On a sidenote, got a new PR on squats today, did 315 and could have gone further, but I was so sore and taxed that I decided not to. Yeah, I know my squats are really low, but I never really work my legs as much as my upper body. That's what my workouts with the PL will do! But felt good, and still do!
 
Great log Brian! This has been one of my favs. Smart move by stopping the cycle short. Consistent pale stools is not good and a sure sign that your liver is not happy. Thanks for putting your health on the line and sharing with us. Congrats on your well deserved progress and good luck with your PCT. Reps to you my friend.:squat:

It won't be easy when the m drol comes in, but I am sure that you're right. My hormones seem kinda messed up right now anyway.
Legs can really suck if you're tall, lean and go all the way down into the bucket.
I'll keep an eye on this thread and post when I start.

weight this morning was 205 even. Mood has been pretty great still, feelin good! No other sides to note, great workout today! Strength still pronounced, still lookin good. I'm surprised I haven't at least started to get the PCT blues so far...
 
I think the PCT blues are kicking in... I was a little melancholy yesterday, but I didn't really think about it, and now today it's the same only worse... I hope it doesn't get much worse than this I don't want to be an emotional wreck.

diesel test hardcore will help out in that department. it'll pass as your natty test levels increase. i felt the same way for about the first 4-5 days, then my mood improved from there on. now my libido is higher than when i'm off cycle and just going natty :)

form will DEF kick up the libido! :hammer: IMO i'd run it AFTER PCT to prevent an estrogen rebound that SD is notorious for. taper the dose up for 2 weeks, then back down for the last 2 weeks. mood will go thru the roof, strength will increase, you'll get a lil leaner, AND you may even gain a few more pounds. formestane is actually a weak steroid. it used to be made by VPX as an injectable. the nomenclature is an androstenedione, not diol, but dione. that's why it is weak, but it will still jack up your natty test levels and lower estro :)

Nolva at 40, hawthorn, milk thistle, multi, fish oil, you know all the staples. Eform if I need it.

hm that's weird. i just felt like crap and had no libido. i also was a d!ck to some people, but never wanted to cry or had sparatic mood swings. don't worry though bro, it'll pass in a few days to 1 week.

Yeah, weight this morning was 203 and I know some of it had to be water, food, and whatnot because my appetite was out of the norm yesterday. Liking the way I look, hating the way I feel lol. I'll be running a 2-3 weeker of m1t as my next cycle lol. I sure put my poor body through a lot lol. Maybe I should be nice to it and do a slight cut or something. Naw, like the size:twisted:
 
Happened to get my hands on a bottle from the UK:twisted: There were never any clones, it was just straight up banned. So as of now it's listed as a controlled substance, and is treated just like any other steroid.

I've been trying to educate him on steroids, but he's bigger than I am so he thinks he knows more. He just STARTED P-Plex at 60 fvckin mg a day. No research into SERMS or PCT, no asking me to get it for him, no nothing. No cycle preparations and no strategy. No milk thistle, no SERM, FVCKING NOTHING! It wouldn't piss me off so much if it didn't effect the ENTIRE TEAM. He's gonna end up with gyno, shrunken nuts, a huge heart (I told him not to do cardio on phera, but he won't listen. He says it's no big deal. fvckin idiot)no testosterone, losing his hair, dropping lifts, and he'll be moody as a b!tch. Sorry bro's I had to vent. I'm trying to talk some sense into him but he just won't listen.
 
EXACTLY! I talked a little sense into him and he's going to invest in some liver protection and nolva but other than that he's a fkin stick in the mud.

Awesome cycle dude. I'd be patient on the PCT though takes a few days for most to feel better. I'd refrain for Form during PCT since it's suppressive/steroidal. EXCELLENT to run alone or along side something but IMO PCT's not a good place for Form. Like using Epi for PCT from Superdol.

Little confused. Woke up yesterday and I was 3 pounds lighter, and have stayed at 202 since yesterday. And somehow the scale says my bf increased a percent and a half. I won't worry too much about it but it sucks. Mood is much more consistent. Not shedding so much anymore, but acne is still increased quite a bit. I just hope my strength stays with me.

you'll lose a little bit of strength, but not too much. keep the cals high, eat clean, train hard, rest well, and you'll be straight. :hammer: this is what has been working for me. and say fvck the scale, just go by the mirror. acne will level off and get better towards the end of PCT. right now, you're body is trying desperately to return its hormones back to normal, hence the acne. natty test is increasing and will continue to do so. take a shower after you lift, in the morning, and before bed. this helps.

And I look just fine in the mirror,and I can tell by the way my stomach looks that there's no way my bf is as high as the scale says. It says 18.5 but I have vertical separation on my abs (never been able to get horizontal), and I look somewhat dry. Gotta say it was worth it in retrospect though. Just hope my liver doesn't hate me too much though:afro:

18.5!?!? get on a treadmill!! :lol: jk man, that can't be right. get some calipers and see what they read. your liver most okely DOES hate you, lol. but it will recover just fine. be sure not to drink or anything though, as i'm sure you already know.

When your done your pct take a week break from everything, eat what you want(don't go crazy), don't go to the gym, just take it easy. Then start a fat loss. Buy a really good pair of running shoes(I bought a pair for 200 bucks) and go running every morning on an empty stomach for 40 minutes. Try and get to at least 12% body fat.
 
I'm most likely between 14-15% right now. If I could get to 12% without going too catabolic I would feel pretty fair about it. But I'm going to try and maintain my weight for a couple months because I have a powerlifting comp in august. Don't wanna get weak. Although I do have to get down to 198 to compete in the weight bracket I want.
 
What I'll do is just try my best to maintain a good clean diet and maybe lose a little weight between now and august, but I don't want to compromise strength. It'l be probably september that I'll run clen, trx (t2), and carb cycle to get my bf down. I'm thinking of running a light designer like halo with it just to help preserve mass.

rather than a designer, maybe try MMV2 ;)
 
Oh, okay. I have stayed away from LG products because I have seen a lot of bad experiences from some of their products.
 
Don't blame you but MMV2 has definately had consistently positive feedback in terms of muscle hardening and fat reduction.

yea i'll probably never try the M-1D or Formadrol Extreme, but MMV2 has had rave reviews from anyone who's tried it. i start mine along with all my other supps for my cut this Friday. :woohoo: i'll also be using their IGH-1, but it's only a sample bottle for like a 1 week supply or something :sad:

Scale BF levels are always higher than other methods for me. When I test with calipers I'll get about 13% then on a scale it's always about 3-4% higher for some reason.

Yeah, I noticed that at the beginning of my bulk. I ordered some clen by the way for anti-catabolic effects. I'm still going to keep my cals high though, I don't want to lose any of this mass until my body has gotten accustomed to it.

Weight this morning was 202.2. Great mood today, feeling much better than the beginning of PCT. Oh, another thing, had a personal trainer check my bf by caliper, and it's 14.7, which is roughly what it was at the beginning of the cycle:D
