Forget about the sort of direct ways time is money, but really think "Time is the one resource I have that I choose how to spend, and that other than imprisonment nobody can take it away from me".

So being the sensitive type or the alpha type doesn't really have much to do with getting female friends or how often you get laid. Its how you choose to spend your time. Basically sex is a numbers game, the more chicks you make attempts on the more times you'll score. If you are spending a bunch of time on school, a bunch of time in the gym, a bunch of time with male friends, a bunch of time with female friends, a bunch of time watching video games, etc you aren't leaving the time to meet new women, so the number that you make attempts on is lower, so the number of scores is lower.

make sense? So its not about the alpha male or sensitive part, its about how you spend your time. the guys you are talking about just spend more of their time in pursuit, and less doing other things. you can shift around how you spend your time a bit, and free up hunting time :D
 
Z-Force I don't think uses the right kind of zinc. On top of that NAC is a chelator so putting it in there with zinc is very counter-productive.

I couldn't agree any more. I've seen the arrogant, cocky alpha male guys get shut down ALL THE TIME and they look like idiots. It's all a numbers game, the more women you talk to the more chance you'll get laid no matter if you're mr. sensitive or cocky guy. I've tried both attempts and neither works. It's just eye contact then talk that's all.

Interesting to know. Well the only reason I like Z-Force is because it actually makes me sleep, it knocks me out cold. If I never had to piss in the middle of the night I'd be out cold for 8 hrs straight. I'm going to try a different ZMA but Z-Force is still effective in the sleep aid department.

Well, I gotta say, that makes perfect sense. But at this point in time, I think I'll spend a little more time at the gym and doin things I need to do, and worry about the scoring later;)

Just on a side note, I went with sominex last night, knocked me out cold like I expected. My father (who happens to be going through a pretty bad mid-life crisis) called me up yesterday afternoon to ask if I could use my truck to help him go get a tv. Didn't think much of it until half-way to get the tv he announces that it's a 64" big screen. Now, he said it was a big-screen, but I don't think you quite know how big a 64" is until you actually stand next to it. And what makes it worse is it's a projection tv, so loading it was a little bit of a struggle to say the least. But regardless, my dad got a hyooge tv, and I got a tank of gas out of the deal, so who's complainin?;) Still, this man needs to go out and do something with himself and establish some confidence...

Well enough of my rant, things still going along fine, no other sides to note, back pumps were just annoying yesterday, nothing major, and no other sides to note as of yet.

Get taurine for the back pumps, works like a charm. As for teh T.V, that's pretty sweet, 64 inch.... would love to watch sports, ufc, boxing on that.

Yeah, I have some taurine, but I need to get some more, I also heard potassium helps along with taurine.

If your getting your hawthorn and cycle support every day your blood pressure should be fine.
 
I'm going with my support supps so I don't understand why it's where it is. Maybe caffeine, I'll cut it out completely for a couple of days and see what happens. It's also one of those home monitoring ones, but it's supposed to be a decent one. Well, we'll see what happens.

Ya try cutting out the caffeine... I don't know how much it'll help but try it. Genetics might be a contributing factor as well, find out if your dad has high blood pressure, maybe it runs in the family and that would explain it.
 
Naw, my dad used to juice back in the day, always had great BP. I've had a lot of caffeine in the last 3 days because I've been so tired from lack of sleep, (probably about 600-1000 mg per day. Not very sensitive to caffeine.) We'll see what happens from here I guess.

Cutting out the caffeine will probably help your sleep. I don't know why people even take caffeine if they're looking to bulk or gain mass? Caffeine should be used for fat loss or cutting. I can understand it gives you more energy in the gym but there are so many products that do just that minus the caffeine.
 
No, I wasn't adding it for bulking, just for the fact that I can function when I haven't had enough sleep. Oh, sidenote, I blow my nose in the shower every morning, and for the last couple of days theres been a little blood in the right nostril. Somewhat expected, it's common for me to get at least one nosebleed while on cycle.

Okay, so I'm finished with the workout. Felt strong, but I'm still fatigued from the few days with little sleep. I'll sleep plenty this week though. Lifts were normal, vascularity was good, and I felt good throughout. Still don't feel up to my potential though. I slaughtered my tri's through that workout, and got a really good pump.

I really don't want to log it every day, but I eat mostly clean, but not completely. I find some dirty calories help me to reach my target intake. Plus, I eat completely clean when I'm cutting right;)

An example of a day would be

Meal 1:
1 1/2 cup (before preparation) Old fashioned oats
3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites
8-16 oz milk
1-2 pieces whole wheat toast

Meal 2:
3 pieces whole wheat bread
1 chicken breast
1 low fat yogurt cup
1 apple (This is normally my pre-workout meal

Meal 3:
Protein Shake
50g Protein
100g carbs (I usually use maltodextrin)
roughly 16g fat

Meal 4:
2 cups whole wheat pasta
1 chicken breast or can tuna
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables

Meal 5:
Protein shake
50g protein
100g carbs (same as post workout)
16g fat

Meal 6:
Depending on how I feel
1 top round steak or pork loin
2 cups whole wheat pasta
2 cups mixed vegetables

Sometimes I will switch my last two meals depending on how busy my schedule is...

Doin my best man! Gotta say, appetite is hella increased on P-Plex thus far, and just found out today from another thread, that the bottle I am using came from a batch that contained 19.2mg per cap, and not 15mg as advertised. Also, the bottle I've been using came with 103 caps, not 90. But hey, who's complaining eh;)
 
I was reading about that...sounds crazy...nearly 33% more potent per pill than the original!

have you been able to keep this pretty dry?

have you had any issues with prolactin? are you taking any b6?
 
have you looked into the potency of the m-drol you're going to use?
 
It seems to be dry. Like bassgod said in his log, if I increase carbs much, it acts wetter, but if carbs are balanced, it sure feels like a dry compound.

As for the prolactin, I already had puffy nips at the start, so I can't tell if anything changes in that department unless its gyno. I've got P5P on hand, so I'm thinking about starting that at 250mg per day soon just to be on the safe side. But so far, no lactating, so theres no "apparent" problems with prolactin:thumbsup:

Only a few things, good diet overall, a little more complex. I like to keep them simple but if you find you have time to eat this and prepare it then good for you, it looks good but meal 6 I would cut out the pasta, it's going to give you fat gains unless that is your post work out meal which it's not since you indicated it's between meal 2 and 3. So cut out the pasta and it'll be good for meal 6. Also if you want something cheaper cut the steak pork loin and go with Fillet Fish, 2 of them are like 35g of good protein before bed.

In meal 5 cut out the 100g of carbs maltodextrin, it's sugary and should only be used after workout. Instead put that pasta meal from meal 6 into meal 5 to replace the 100g carb malto.

Now with all this said if you're really looking to bulk up fast then forget what I said. I'm just the type to eat clean 100%. With that said your meal is clean. If you need extra calories get yourself a clean weight gainer, instead of having 4 scoops take 2 scoops in between meal 1 and 2. A typical weight gainer scoop of 2 would give you 500 calories. Do this for a week and see if it helps. If it doesn't add the full serving of 4 scoops and monitor that for a week to see how your calories hold and your body fat. Don't take the gainer at night since it will give you more fat gains. Despite what people say there are clean weight gainers, just don't buy the ones with 50g sugar. They really help me keep my calories up even after eating 6 meals a day.

Nice, keep it going and stay away from :hot: :burger: :donut: :burg: :pizza: . Anytime someone is on they should focus 100% energy to it. Rest a lot, eat right, train as hard as you can, water....

Right now, I'm on day 9, but I attribute at least some of the weight gain to water and glycogen from increased carbs. I stay away from those things for the most part, but I don't push away a dessert or a small snack every once in a while;)

So far today I'm feeling fine. Stomach was a bit upset this afternoon, but I crammed food anyways and I'm feeling fine now. Skin is definately more oily, I wash my face 3 times a day now, and it still barely helps. No shedding thus far. Back pumps come up every once in a while, but they're not very bad at all. I must throw this in, I am not prone to many side effects on designers. Mood is good, and I feel that I'm actually a little more tolerant of people lately, not more aggressive. Getting more sleep lately so that's a definate plus. I hate rest days because it feels like I'm not doing enough, just eating and working. But we'll see how things go:thumbsup:

That's strange because phera should give you great sleep is anything?
 
I'm in - better late than never. Keep up the good work my friend. Also if your BP gets up again (usually see this happen in week 3 or so) don't be afraid to take hawthorn 4-5 times a day. It's great for lowering BP (and enhancing sleep for that) but it has a pretty short half life in the body. I had this issue once on andro years ago and I switched hawthorn dosing from twice a day to every 3 hours. It helped a lot and since it's only for a week or so it wasn't too harsh on the wallet.

Isn't cycle support enough?
 
For most people it is. That was a more or less a 'just in case'. I got all seperate capsules for my support supps from a cheap vitamin store. Cycle Support makes the best protein taste like bigfoot's d!ck.

Yeah, I have a sh!tload of hawthorn so I could always try that method. 300 caps at 550mg. And I would have thought as well that I would sleep better, but I haven't slept this terribly in a long time. The anti-histamines are knocking me out cold though. Trying to be careful so I don't become dependant on them.

So far today, I've felt sick to my stomach a lot, but I somewhat expected this at some point in my cycle. Same way I feel any time I run a designer. Bought plenty of zantac 150 for the entire cycle. I'll update any time anything changes;)
 
Alright, slept great last night and I only usled 25mg of dihydramine instead of the 50mg that I had used the nights before. One thing I notice is lately it feels like I've been overheating when I wake up. Doesn't worry me though.

BP was 128/64 before bed so it's staying low right now.

Weight this morning was 191.6. I know this probably has to do with not eating enough yesterday, because I was sick to my stomach a lot and it was hard to eat. The times that I did eat I felt like I was forcefeeding myself. Today to combat any stomach sickness I'll take zantac 150 before both meals that contain the P-Plex.

No other sides to note as of yet. Skin is still oily, but the acne face wash 3 times a day seems to be clearing up that problem. No shedding, no excess aggression, not much of any side effects though. Although yesterday night before bed I had a back pump completely devour my soul. Got it back but I had to lay down lol.

Libido is normal. Here's the thing though, drive is normal, but for some reason my sargeant has been standing at attention a lot easier lately. No excess drive, but he's working overtime. Also, doesn't appear to be any testicular atrophy so far, and if there is any it's slight. I expect more atrophy on the M-Drol.

One other thing. When I was in elementary school, I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. It's a form of artheritis that mainly affects the lower back and hips. It causes stiffness at times, and if I don't stay active the lower back actually calcifies (never had this problem because I stay active). Now, sometimes a back pump can feel a little like the lower back stiffness, but other times I can tell really easily that it's not, so sometimes I may not be sure whether it is stiffness from the artheritis or if it is from the back pumps.
 
Day 10

Great workout today, strength is definately increased on major lifts. I'm still feeling fatigued, but I think it's either from the antihistamine last night, or from lethargy. Thing is, I don't hear much about people complaining of lethargy on PP. Whatever the case, muscles are fuller, vascularity is definately more pronounced, strength is up, and I am looking better all around. Something I also noticed this morning is my abs (which I have never been able to get defined. I can get the horizontal line down the middle, and I can get a little definition, but not much) are slightly more defined. So I must not be gaining much water. Definately liking this compound;)
 
my BF is 13% by caliper in 4 different measurements. By scale it always says 16.5 when I'm 13, so I can tell if I gain or lose BF, just can't accurately measure with it.
 
Yeah, sounds like it to me.

Also, nips seem slightly more puffy than normal, and seemed a little sensitive earlier today. I'm considering running formestane at 40mg per day for the rest of the phera part of the cycle just to be on the safe side.
 
have you started taking the b6 yet?

have you tried squeezing them to see if there is any lactating?
