Hey Bash, did you gain much bodyfat on the hdrol or did it pretty much come on lean? and what were your gains like? I have also read that hdrol trashes your system more than previously thought. Any input on this? I would rather run the least harsh compound but I understand everything has its potential for sides.
It was my 1st cycle, I was lean to begin with. I gained 15 lbs very lean, everyone commented on how much bigger I was. There was no obvious bodyfat rise, until after PCT where I had a month off work and was eating too much. I had lost 3lbs during the 1st week PCT, which was down to not getting enough calories in due to me working overtime. I did eventually gain them back.
My job is fairly active, hence I can get away with eating mass amount of food and stay lean. I was eating over 4500+ calories, around 400 - 500+ carbs, 280 protein and around 120+ fats - I tracked my macros in excel sheet so these No. are very accurate.
I got very serious for this cycle, I quite smoking, drinking and just trained and ate to precision, hence my outstanding results. Strength gains were also good 20lbs on all major lifts for reps. One thing I regret is not pushing myself further, e.g. drop sets, heavier sets etc...
From the blood work I have seen, H-Drol is preety harsh, defiantly not as mild as people suggest, would really recommend a SERM. Although I felt fine throughout (e.g. could get wood fine throughout) I'm sure my bloodwork would of shown some levels fairly out of norm.
Although there are not many P-mag logs, from what I have read, and people I have asked, it seems to be one of the most underrated PH out there.
