I would throw in Recreate in place of Natadrol then there is no need for a PCT and you get the fat loss benefits. PM is pretty potent, throwing Natadrol in would have ME turning into a loose cannon from the insane aggression but it is a good idea though. I could see adding in something like Stoked, that would be an awesome addition to PM/Prime if you wanted to go that route too. :fing02:
 
I am fighting myself to decide if I am going to buy the IC deal or not. I can not say I had the amazing results that you had from it, but I had so much going on in my life that PM may not have even had a chance... Injuries, deaths in the family, had to stop lifting... However wrassling $89 out of my pocket is just hard for me to do right now even on a good deal, and the 89 deal is the one I would want. Just spent $450 on my wife's paralegal courses or it would be a go for sure.

You have to prioritize and I totally understand that. You know how many deals I pass up, just not enough cash in the bank to support the habit. I don't pass up IC deals though this is the first one I actually got the BEST package. Plus, as I said in my log, Pink Magic is far and away the best supplement I have ever taken. The improved formula should make it even better (so I hope) but that will remain to be seen. Chris you know how to diet/train and use basics to their fullest extent so I don't think you will be missing out if you don't get this. I will say that if I was in an intense training routine I would miss the near instant recovery I got from Pink Magic, it even put Prime to shame for me!

Wednesday Workout - Pwned by the Warrior

So I found out the hard way that high cortisol levels don't mix well with the Warrior Workout; that and not having your usual lifting partner sucks donkey balls. Without further delay, here is the crap that was that workout.

Thursday HIIT Swimming - THIS WAS GREAT!

PWO Supps:
5 scoops AP (last of the batch, seemed like it was all Geranium!)
2 Formadrol
1 AT-2

Workout:
~600 yards warm up
New schematic to allow for more intensity on sprints
4(25 sprint/25 moderate) then immediately a 50 cruise
Rinse and repeat 4 times
16 total HIIT intervals
100 warm down

I need to get this all together in some kind of guide so anyone looking to do swimming HIIT can refer to it.
 
Supplement Reviews - LG Formadrol Extreme and Lipoburn

Today is my last day on Formadrol and I thought I would post my review of it being used for PCT. First impressions, it does exactly what it says and I could not be happier that I kept all of my Natadrol gains and lost no strength.

Strength - 8/10 No loss of strength but no gains to speak of either. Had I been eating above maintenance I bet that would have been different, alas, it is not the case.
Libido - 11/10 Ok, this is flat out retarded and let's just say my recovery time was instant in the bedroom. Multiple times, to my girlfriends surprise, we finished round 1 and went right into round 2. If libido support is needed post-cycle or on cycle, this is what you should be taking.
Endurance - 8/10 Definitely gave me an edge the first few weeks after Natadrol that was missing. After that it did not get any better hence the "8" rating.
Pumps - 5/10 Nothing noticeable but that is not what it is for.
Test boosting - 9/10 I have the acne/aggression/recovery to show me it is working. Also, my skin is showing signs of increased oil production so I equate this to higher test. Oh, the libido thing may also be a bit of an indicator.
Fat loss - 8/10 Hard to say if the form is responsible or not but I am leaning out like crazy and losing no muscle. Dry as a bone right now, abs are popping like no other and I am vascular. Even if it is minimal in the actual fat loss, it gives the appearance I have lost a lot more!
Overall - 8/10 I was looking for more in the strength department but having no LOSS of strength after Natadrol was excellent. Also, my physique has continued to improve so I will give Formadrol an A+ for PCT. If you are on the fence, get 2 bottles and see what it can do for you.

FYI - Dose was 4 a day for the first 2.5 weeks now I am up to 6 a day and no joint issues. Watch the aggression though at 6 a days, you might want to punch a hole in the wall from time to time... I about did yesterday.

Lipoburn - Still have half of it left but I can tell it is working like a charm. Skin is tight as all get out, leaning out in the abs like never before, no side effects and applies without any discomfort. Definitely a great topical addition to a fat loss stack once you get down around 12-15% BF. I would hold off until you are there though, it may not have the results until your skin is already pretty thin. Dermatherm did nothing for me when I was above 20% BF but Lipoburn has made a huge difference now that I am down below 15% (by my estimation). So far I give it a 9/10 and if it continues to work, it may be the closest to a 10/10 that I have ever gave.

Let me see what I can get today after my workout if the locker room is not too full. My digi cam is not working at the moment so I am left with the iphone. they are not there all the time but if I tighten them the least bit they pop out; HUGE step in the right direction for me. Officially down 50 pounds since I started seriously training in December 2007. I think that is a serious milestone if I say so myself.

Long overdo update - Wednesday Warrior Workout!

Good lord its been a crazy last five days with moving and all that entails. Man I am happy that is done with, now I can settle in and get re-focused on tearing it up in the gym and starting my new life with my GF (living together is a whole new world to me).

Friday last week I did workout but it was not the best work I have done. I was forced to take off until yesterday but it went well considering bad diet and no spotter. Alright on to the lift.

Happy with this and have to say I think the TestoPro is rearing its sexiness. Felt very strong even though I went in there with no desire at all. Once I started it was like I flipped a switch and was ready to kill it.

*Side note, had some fun with my GF last night... TestoPro=insane volume coming out! Holy crap I thought it would never end, lol!

I have no idea where you find these but they are hilarious! Oh yeah, forgot to put in a weight update: 182 this morning so that is a nice change. Abs are definitely starting to come through now that AT-2 and OEP are kicking in full steam ahead... right in time for me to run out of OEP in 3 days. I do have a full bottle of black cats I am going run in place of it though until I am out of AT-2 then I will just go black cats until they are gone. By then I should be done with this cut and on to a 1 month break that will be limited to basics (this will be most of July and into early August) and then comes the next round of fun. I will run my last bottle of receptor during this time to recharge and clean the adrogen receptors since either of the next plans involves test boosting.

So here is the big question, run Pink Magic and Prime with something like BioForge Pro (for the high forslean content to amplify cAMP) or do Methyl 1-D at a high dose since I have 2 big bottles and 1 of Formadrol for PCT? Curious to hear any of your opinions on this.

Friday morning fasted - Warrior Style!

Decided it was time for a fasted weight session today and man it went A LOT better than the last ones that I have done. Cannot say enough about the AS-GT and TestoPro combo for a fasted workout... needless to say, I crushed it today.

Leg Press - 360x8, 540x8, 540x8 ds 450x8 ds 360x10 I am going to move up here, getting easy on the drops so that means more weight up top.
Leg extensions - 205x10, 205x10, 205x8 Quads were lacking after leg press, had to do some work to get them activated and this smoked them!
Cable chest press - 9x10, 14x8, 14x8 ds 12x8 ds 10x8 (first number is plates on machine) Kleen inspired me to give these a go for my primary chest exercise, man these felt AWESOME, mega chest pump.
Machine flies - 120x10, 120x10, 120x10 By this point my chest was DESTROYED!
Machine dips - 110x10, 150x8, 150x8 ds 130x8 ds 110x8 These are the weights on the machine, need to get a belt so I can do weighted dips when I am alone.
Tricep rope extensions - 10x60x3 sets, just burning them out here.
Decline situps w/ 35 DB - 3 sets of 15
Bent over BB rows - 115x10, 155x8, 155x8 ds 135x8 ds 115x8 Holy MOFO these were hard but shoulders looked NASTY and striated. AT-2/OEP are really getting rid of the sub-q fat.
Incline db bicep curls - 25x10, 40x7, 40x7 ds 30x8 ds 25x8 BURN!!!!!!!
Side raises/Front raises SS - 20x8/15x8, 25x8/20x8, 25x8/20x8, 25x6 ds 20x6/20x6 ds 15x6
By this point I was wrecked beyond belief, had an anabolic pump before biceps and then followed it up with 3 scoops of Postal.

Lately it has been really hit or miss getting into the gym with a positive aggression I normally always have. The extended use of stims on this cut is wearing on me I can tell and I am already planning my month off with a NON-stim pwo for 25-30 days.

Suggestions for a non-stim pwo are welcome and when I say non-stim, I mean non, zero, zilch, nada! My body needs a break!!!!! Until then though, I am going to find that desire to smash the iron again come hell or high water!

Look into using ALCAR+Tyrosine. Usually works well for me. Anywere from 1-2gr of each should do the trick.

Have the ALCAR at home and love it, will pick up some tyrosine as well. Thanks for the tip DW.
