I've gotten my staples down:
Beta-Alanine - 3.2g/day
Creatine (kre alkalyn) - replace with monohydrate at 3g/day once your current bottle is done
Magnesium citrate - 400mg/day
Ubiquinol - 200mg
VIt D3- 2-5k IU/day
ALCAR - 2g/day
Agmatine - 1g/day
NAC - 500mg-1g/day
Green Tea Extract - 500-750mg/day
Creatinol O Phosphate - 2g/day
Can anyone weigh in on what dosages of each of these to take per day and when I should be taking each of these?
I already answered it above...

cooper can you clear some space in your inbox?
Could you explain your reason behind taking each one?

Mr. Cooper, just curious. Knowing your familiar with nootropics, why Ubiquinol and not Idebenone?
Cleared
Beta-Alanine - studied
Creatine (kre alkalyn) - studied
Magnesium citrate - most multis and diets are low in magnesium
Ubiquinol - ergogenic dose
VIt D3- many people are deficient in vit D or could benefit from its use as a transcriptional factor
ALCAR - studied
Agmatine - Dr. Houser's in-house testing
NAC - Studied
Green Tea Extract - studied
Creatinol O Phosphate - studied, accounting for 60% oral bioavailability

The best imo is p-slin. Its been a staple for me for the past 4 years. Glycobol is the shiz aswell!I would like a nutrient repartioner though because my glucose tends to be high and it gets stored as fat
Took Bulk Agmatine as a preworkout 750-1000mg before training a while ago. Didnt notice anything from that. Perhaps the qualities of Agmatine differ or i am a "non-responder"

mr.cooper69 said:There seems to be major variations in quality with Agmatine. Two brands I trust are SNS and Synthetic Supplements. In the future, try taking 1g first thing in the morning, rather than preworkout.
SNS sells a quality 300g bulk for cheap.
What is the reasoning behind taking it first thing in the morning as opposed to pre workout?
Does Citrulline Malate need to be taken everyday or just workout days?
