Could you explain your reason behind taking each one?

Lol...really? Google it dude.

Wonder how this will end. ^

Lol...really? Google it dude.

I used to track studies and follow all the newest research of supplements and nutrition but away for a couple of years in the military, I know most the supplements but COP and Agmatine are new to me and some of the compounds have been further broken down like the Ubiquinol (CoQ10) I was curious to see if Cooper stacked them a certain way or if there's new research showing benefits for weightlifters, or what kind of results
he's gotten out of them.

Alright buddy. Thanks for serving and the clarification. Just thought the info you were after was easily obtainable. Maybe try and PM him if ur looking for his input alone.

cooper can you clear some space in your inbox?

Could you explain your reason behind taking each one?

Beta-Alanine - studied
Creatine (kre alkalyn) - studied
Magnesium citrate - most multis and diets are low in magnesium
Ubiquinol - ergogenic dose
VIt D3- many people are deficient in vit D or could benefit from its use as a transcriptional factor
ALCAR - studied
Agmatine - Dr. Houser's in-house testing
NAC - Studied
Green Tea Extract - studied
Creatinol O Phosphate - studied, accounting for 60% oral bioavailability

Nothing wrong in asking this at all, especially when asking Mr Cooper. The dude is full of knowledge, and that's why we are here, to give and receive knowledge.

Mr. Cooper, just curious. Knowing your familiar with nootropics, why Ubiquinol and not Idebenone?

Took Bulk Agmatine as a preworkout 750-1000mg before training a while ago. Didnt notice anything from that. Perhaps the qualities of Agmatine differ or i am a "non-responder"

What do you guys think of Citrulline Malate? It's pretty expensive but a couple of studies look promising.

Great supplement. Won't train without it.
It's actually pretty cost efficient.

Creapure, Taurine, Joint Support

plus the benefits are justified even if you do spend a little $

There seems to be major variations in quality with Agmatine. Two brands I trust are SNS and Synthetic Supplements. In the future, try taking 1g first thing in the morning, rather than preworkout.

SNS sells a quality 300g bulk for cheap.

Yeah agmatine doesn't really do too much for me. The only brand I haven't tried is SNS.

What is the reasoning behind taking it first thing in the morning as opposed to pre workout?

Agmatine's effects are systemic and are more a function of repeated administration rather than a single, acute dose. Taking it preworkout will give you better pumps and vasodilation, but agmatine has other effects as well.

Does Citrulline Malate need to be taken everyday or just workout days?

Workout days is most economical.

I have two NutraPlanet versions of it and plan to try in the next few weeks. Agma
