Other "staple" supplements

Besides protein and a multi, what would you consider other staple supplements that one should have in their arsenal?

Also, could Erase by PES be considered something you could take all the time? And what is considered the best nutrient repartitioner?

staples: beta alanine, creatine, fish oil, vitamins.....i would take erase up to 8 weeks then take a break....

there are better formulas then adam, b vitamins are good if you can spend the money....some say recompadrol is the best...i personally take agmatine with high carb meals

orange triad is what i currently use and will be a current staple along with their oxi omegas

Opti-men is another good multi. Serving size is 3 pills and I space them out breakfast, mid day and dinner

Last multi I tried was animal pak and I've been wanting to try orange triad

Erase shouldn't be used for longer than 8 weeks without a break, as mentioned.

I use: fish oil, glucosamine/Chondroitin, calcium, protein as my staple supplements.

I would like a nutrient repartioner though because my glucose tends to be high and it gets stored as fat

What are your goals with the repartitioner?

Oximega Fishoil

gets my 2-3g of EPA+DHA daily

Im currently using PES AnaBeta Elite...a lot of people are having good experiences with it and personally I am enjoying it. Im using it during my cut to retain as much lean body mass as possible. I havent used it in an effort to gain muscle mass, although I believe many pepople have done this with good results.

I have used USP Labs Anabolic Pump and found it to be quite strong based on how it made me feel. I didnt have good results, but not because the product wasnt good, I used it at a time when my experience with supplements and knowledge of nutrition were lacking. This is a product to look into, USP Labs stuff is all really good.

Your best bet of all though..... just make sure that your diet is spot on. I come from a family of genetics that make it very hard to lose weight. Most of my family is overweight and many have diabetes etc. I know this is blunt, but there isnt an excuse to not have a good diet when you use supplements. Even getting the best repartitioner in the world...you wont have good results if your diet isnt solid. Just something to consider.

To shuttle nutrients away from being stored as fat

Note my comments above about the diet.... i'm not saying your diet is bad because you havent mentioned anything about it. But the nutrients you are intaking are not all being stored as fat, that just isnt how the body works. Unless you are consuming way too many calories, which would be signs of a poor diet relative to your goals.

In no particular order:

Beta-Alanine
Creatine
Magnesium
Ubiquinol
VIt D3
Na-R-ALA
ALCAR
LCLT
Agmatine
NAC
Green Tea Extract
Low-dosed Raspberry Ketones
Creatinol O Phosphate

Which creatine do you suggest? I seem to bloat from monohydrate

What about PLCAR vs ALCAR?

SciFit KreAlkalyn 1500 is my favorite creatine

I was thinking he could b on some low quality stuff to, I've nvr had ne issues with creapure mono

I bloat like crazy from it. That's why I started using Kre-Alkalyn 1500. I've used several brands of mono...all did it to me.

I had a good experience from SciFit Kre-Alkalyn 1500. All the benefits of creatine without the bloat and I like the convenience of pills. I didnt have a lot of weight gain from it, but this isnt something I desire from creatine. I also didt dose it very hard, I dont think I even ran the full dosage, but I still benefited from recovery and endurance.

Its worth checking out. Definitely will be the creatine I go back to after I use up the Con-Cret I am currently using (which I dont like).

My other staples -
Green Tea
Citrulline Malate
COP
Beta-Alanine
Fish Oil
CoQ10
Rotation of PLCAR and LCLT

Are you sure you were using creatine? There was a debacle not too long ago

Wow that's crazy! Fortunately, my Krealkalyn was purchased like a year and a half ago. And the tabs looked like the ones that were shown to be okay. It could have been that I wasn't getting what I thought, though

Thanks for the heads up Coop. I was gonna buy more but not now!

I've gotten my staples down:

Beta-Alanine
Creatine (kre alkalyn)
Magnesium citrate
Ubiquinol - 200mg
VIt D3
ALCAR
Agmatine
NAC
Green Tea Extract
Creatinol O Phosphate

Can anyone weigh in on what dosages of each of these to take per day and when I should be taking each of these? I'm on an IF diet, eat at 2pm and around 7:30-8pm

thanks!

Look into SLINshot.
Effective and it's not that expensive.

One other one I like is Glycobol. Also you can check out Recompadrol.

I don't have an array of staples, but the things I use most consistently are a pre work out, creatine, a multi & protein. SLINshot falls in there 2.

I've got half a bottle of that sitting in my cabinet I thought it was overpriced compared to monohydrate... In regards to effectiveness... Since they both do the same thing? Imho... Your thoughts nate

I use now brand monohydrate... My bloat isn't noticible 500grms for like 20$... Last forever! I take 5grms pre workout and 10grams post.... That's just me thoughy

Well I guess you live and learn. Won't make that mistake again.
