Don't drink green tea, even decaffeinated before bed. That's counter productive.
Also, MOST important is your sleep schedule, and the two hours before you go to bed. You should have the same schedule everyday for sleep/wake times (maybe 2-3 hours difference at most if possible.) and the two hours before bed should not be spent watching exciting/scary/interesting TV or movies, or being in a large social situation...like a party, etc.
ZMA has helped me a lot, but I think most of all it has been that I have a 8-5 job, and the last two hours of my day now are calm.
I eat a meal when I get home from work @ 6, do whatever until 9:30 when I get home and take a ZMA. I wait 30 minutes that eat Cottage Cheese (for slow digesting protein, and some fat for testosterone production. And because calcium competes with the Magnesium in ZMA, so they need to be 30 mins apart at least, and making sure to take ZMA on an empty stomach.) Then after I eat the CC, I take my multivitamin with a tablespoon of natural pnut butter (for fat soluble vitamins.)
By 10:30 I start to feel drowsy, and go to sleep much easier than I ever used to.
The reason I am up now and in this thread is because this weekend I messed up my sleep schedule...so trying to go to bed @ 10:30pm when you woke up at 1pm...doesn't really work, no matter how much you want to sleep.
