Osatrine / Epi-Andro bridged into LGD log

I've been back and forth on logging this and finally decided what the h3ll. I'm not gonna promise a lot of updates, but I'll try to keep it current.

After what seems like a ton of research, along with some help from MrKleen73, I've decided on running an Ostarine / Epi-Andro into LGD cycle. Ar1macare for cycle support, PCT will be Nolva and maybe a natty test booster. I had routine bloodwork done last week and plan on having more done after pct. Ostarine will be ran at 20 mgs daily for 12 weeks, then LGD at 8 mgs daily for 6 weeks. Epi-Andro at 750 mgs starting at week 4 and continuing through the LGD part of cycle. I know there are a few on here who will question the length of this, but I can always shorten this as it goes, depending on how I feel. Besides, Kleen's a smart mofo.

I've been happy a$$holing my way through late fall and winter, bulking up to an un-godly 205 pounds with the help of good food and even better craft beer. Now's the time for me to get back down to a more comfortable weight in preparation for vacation beach time. Nobody wants to see a fat old man in a speedo, so I gots to get back at it. My hope with this thing is to drop down to 180 or so with the Osta, then up to 190 or so with the LGD. TDEE is 2500 calories and I'll be starting out at 2200 for a few weeks and make changes as it goes on. Once I hit my 180 lb target, I'll get back up to maintenance calories and then bump up to 2800 with the LGD. Thinking about trying carb cycling on this. Matching carb intake to workouts seems like a good idea, so I figure I'll give it a shot.

I'm currently running a P/P/L program, but have been thinking about going back to my bastardized Studhorse HST program. 3 days per week doing the full body HST, with abs and cardio and maybe legs on the off days. I have some knee issues (osteoarthritis) which prohibit some leg exercises and I feel like my legs are lacking. Or maybe I'll just continue the P/P/L that I've been doing.

Like I said in the beginning, I'm not promising a detailed log. Also not breaking out The List of tags. If somebody wants to join in, tag along, or post off topic shyt, this is the place. Feel free to add your thoughts. If you are also running Ostarine or LGD and want to add your experience as you go through your cycle have at it. The more the merrier.

Also need to get my West Coast Hollyweird bro Tank999 back in the house. It's been too long since we've had underwear hat vids.

I actually started this Monday of this week. Haven't had any issues with the Ostarine dose, but it's only been four days. Diet has been 100% on point so far. Used my last two vacation days Monday and Tuesday, so both of those days were weightlifting in the morning and extended cardio and abs in the afternoon. When I run a cycle, I tend to put more effort into my workouts and diet it seems. And speaking of diet, I've been doing IF for probably the last 4 years. Mainly just because it works out better with my schedule. I've decided to change that up now and started having 5 eggs with jalapenos cooked in coconut oil for breakfast. I eat rotisserie chicken cooked in coconut oil, simmered in salsa verde with black beans for my other two meals, along with celery/peanut butter or broccoli / hummus. Throw in a couple of double scooped protein shakes to hit my protein goal for the day. I've got some EvoMuse DeFuse on hand for cheat meals, because I'm not sure there's life without Mexican food.

Workouts will follow the same pattern of 15 minutes rowing machine, typically a one hour workout, followed by 30 minutes stationary bike. I would prefer running (and would really prefer trail running) but the arthritis really goes to town the next day if I run. If I can maintain my diet at 90% and continue with the cardio I have no doubt that I'll hit my target weight.

Personally, I would run 220-330 4 Andro or something like it to allow you to have a little estrogen during the cycle and avoid joint pain and lethargy associated with low estro. The Arimicare is pretty unnecessary. I would opt for some aromasin in its stead for estro control if need be. Once you are shut down completely which most likely after 12 weeks of osta and then Epi you will be. during the lgd cycle you won’t have much estro conversion other than what the 4 Andro would create.

Now is the cycle 12 weeks total with osta run throughout? Or is the cycle 12weeks osta and 6weeks lgd. Regardless if you are going to be shut down why not run the Epi the whole time. I love Epi Andro for the cns activation as well as its effects on GABA in the body. It helps me sleep better and lowers my anxiety while boosting my focus. It’s awesome stuff.

Just my personal opinion though. I wouldn’t mess with your estrogen until you notice some estro sides. No need to crush estro and inhibit growth while drying the joints.

Makes a lot of sense Nickespo89. I've ran 4-Andro before and honestly, I'm just not a fan. I might even end up getting bloods at the 8 week mark, just to see where everything is at. I have enough Super-Epi to do 12 weeks, and I'm also a big fan. Toss in some DHEA and my boys have never been happier.

This could end up being the best thing I've ever done. Or not. The good news is that at 55 years old, TRT would actually be a good thing!

I get home from the gym and BOOM! my brother from another mother is running a log.
let's get this rollin.
I have a tag list at the office.

really looking forward to this.

yes where the heck has Tank999 been hiding? probably has 3 girl friends and doesn't have time for us.

If you like DHEA dermacrine is back on the market.

Go with what works for you.If EPI works for you run with it. Could always look for some dermatrest.

I was really looking into some trest, but I'd just end up running another kitchen sink type cycle.

And you know Tank999. Probably neck deep in a personal bodyguard gig for some Hollywood starlet. That or his ex-wife finally caught up with him. It's one or the other.

If you do well off the Dhea joint and well being wise I don’t see a need for 4 Andro brother.

In for this good luck! For me Osta took a couple weeks to fully kick in i started seeing hints of it working about a week in. It does wonders imo for the low amount of sides you get. I’m currently running lgd on day 2 lemme know how the ligandrol makes you feel!

Today was legs, and I blatantly stole this workout from DemntedCowboy. More of a high rep/low weight sort of thing due to some mental issues with my knee. Also changed up a little to match what I have available.

15 minutes rowing (typically end up around 1300 - 1500 meters)

Body weight squats: 25 x 3

Squats: 135 x 15, 185 x 15, 185 x 12, 185 x 10, 135 x 12

Lying leg curl: 35 x 15, 50 x 12, 50 x 10, 35 x 12, 35 x 10

45° Leg Press: 270 x 18, 315 x 18, 360 x 15, 405 x 10, 360 x 10, 315 x 10

Hammer Strength V Squat (facing the pads): 180 x 15, 250 x 12, 300 x 10, 250 x 10, 180 x 10

Single Leg Seated Leg Press: 115 x 15, 115 x 15, 90 x 20

25 minutes stationary bike (10 miles) and then 10 minutes in the sauna.

When I walked back into the gym area to grab my stuff someone had left a bench under the smith machine with 90 lbs on the bar. Didn't see anybody around, and since I love working on the yoke, I decided to see how many seated military press reps I could hit. 17 / 15 / 13 / 10 / 7 1/3 (ish)

5 eggs w/jalapenos for breakfast, 2 meals of above chicken stuff and a couple shakes will be my food for the next three days. Puts me at 2012 kcals daily. 197 grams protein / 80 grams carbs / 103 grams fat. Saturday and Sunday carbs will be 53 grams since there is no workout, but everything else should remain the same.

And it's decision time. I'm working this weekend so no gym, and I've got 3 days out of town with corporate stuff. If I'm going to switch from the P/P/L that I'm currently doing to HST, I need to get my week of de-condition in and this upcoming week would be perfect. Or I just deal with Studhorse driving here and kicking my arse for not following the program. Or just stick with what I've been doing .

Any thoughts?

How many consistent 1.5hrs a day can you get a week to hit the gym with your schedule?

Typically this time of year I can do 5 easily, sometimes 6. I don't have an oops at home like some do :)

5-6 days a week. man you could do about any kind of a workout.
Wish I had 5-6 days. since you are on cycle you could even hit one to two body parts a week and really destroy them.
plus you could hit any laggers twice.

Before I started having offspring. it was something like this. (Been a long time) I loved the pump I use to get.
This can be played with to suit what works for you. I never liked working competing body parts on the same day except for quads and hams.
shoot for 12 to 16 sets (3 to 4 exercises at 3-4 reps each) . (Since you are old and probably have to work some body parts with 15 reps cut that down to no more than 12 sets.
Hit 4 sets of abs 5 days a week. I always hit a few extra calves and shoulders. those were my laggers.
Day 1: Quads and Hams.(international leg day)
Day 2: Back & Calves
Day 3: Chest
Day 4: Off or bonus work
Day 5: Shoulders and tris
Day 6: Traps and Bi's
Day 7: Off

You would want to set your bonus work where it is not the day after you just destroyed it.

My workout time of day changes depending on my work schedule. When I can workout in the morning, it's always fasted. Seems to work for me.

Ok when I do my fasted cardio I always feel like I’m going super hypo like I feel dizzy and stuff. What’d I do in order to combat that? Just push through it?

I honestly don't have any problems with it. I suppose it could be any number of things. Any idea what your BP is? Have you ever had any blood test done where they checked your glucose level?

BP is always 115/75. Never got a glucose check done I was going to get a meter to check while on mk677 but st the end of it didn’t make me feel hypo just hungry which I know the distinction between both.
