Orbit Nutrition Help

Got tracking last night. Finally. Thought I would get some type of compensation lol. But glad I'm finally getting what I ordered.

Also surprised on not getting compensated - though maybe there will be something in the box. A special discount code would be great.
 
Despite the delays, I have to say that I've received prompt feedback from Orbit CS.

Good to hear things are finally moving for you fellas... I have an order from 12/13 processing, hope it hits soon as well!
 
My December 13th order still hasn't shipped. I've received zero replies for the past 2 weeks. In my account it still shows - in a large, red font, to add to the irony ''SHIPS IN 2-4 BUSINESS DAY'' - under the OL TransFORM I bought!

Sorry guys, but this really is off the charts like someone else already noted. I've tried being patient and hoping this would run through when the ban-induced shopping sprees died down....

But the wait goes on.

I paid the money for this order immediately. You have my money, I don't have my goods. This needs to be fixed without further delays

While we understand everyone's frustration on all this, it was 100% out of our control for most people in this thread as WE HAD TO WAIT on the vendor to send us the stuff that was technically promised to us WEEKS before we got it. Had we known it was going to take this long no way in hell would we have sold them. As for freebies, most people got some great discounts and as a business we cannot afford to send free stuff and actually stay in business. The wait sucked for you all and for us too.
 
Update: orbit page still says my 12/12 order is processing. CS is silent.

Likewise. Ordered january 9, still hasnt shipped, but the major issue is that cs absolutely refuses to answer. Gonna ask for a refund tonight and question future business there :(. They've been great in the past but a real way to cripple a retailer is to ignore customers who contact CS. That'll get you

Depends on if you ordered during the ban rush or what item you are talking about. Pm me the order number and i will personally handle it.

Same happened to me. It was horrible.

The least they could've done is let us know to cancel if it would've taken this long and also provide some type of compensation for the looong wait. Anything. Coupon code for us or something.

Future order is questioned now with them. Sorry guys.

Absolutely but at least look out for those who waited over a month. That's crazy regardless the issue. The issue wasn't with us. We paid on time lol

It's not the case of knowing. It's the part of you guys looking out. When we order we expect it in a certain amount of them cause "we" pay for the shipping and obviously buy for it to be used. Now if you guys run into a issue that's not our fault. Now because of a long wait certain people including myself had to place the same order else where spend double the money to accommodate the wait.

All I'm saying it all we got was sorry will look into it and a blame on vendors. Nothing mad us happy as a consumer. We all had patients for the wait but damn a month is a little exaggeration with no here you go sorry for that.

I'm sure u understand where I (we) coming from. Not attacking in anyway just speaking on the situation on how I think it should've went.

You used to be a rep before we let you go so not sure how you can jump in on all this after working with us for as long as you did. Yup it did and does and i have said that many times and not sure how many times i have said that WE WOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD THEM HAD WE BEEN TOLD "OH IT WILL BE A MONTH TO GET TO YOU". Which we were not and every week the date of arrival was being pushed back. Either way i am here to help and resolve issues. For example i am now handling mrcooper personally and got it taken care of within 5 minutes.

If there are any other issues open please send me a PM and I will personaly jump on them as i am in the warehouse and have direct connection to everything orbitnutrition.
 
I think shipping partial orders may have helped to prevent Orbit from taking a lot of this heat. (Orbit might discuss this cost with the vendor as part of their remedial action).

I know that my order was held up by just a few items. Just a thought for the future.

I want to add that I received prompt responses from CS throughout the situation.
 
Orbit is ROCK solid and the guy who owns it is a pro. Just a ****ty situation all the way around.

I imagine a month from now when nobody can get these items they will be glad they got them regardless of the wait.

btw, I hope none of you guys ever go black market because the waiting there is many times worse.

yeah if anything this ever happens, which i am hell bent on not letting it happen again, we will for sure be taking that into consideration.
 
I think the CS tab may be faulty atm at orbit's website right now because the main man here got it taken care of in a heartbeat. Thanks for providing literally "on demand" CS here on the boards and you've definitely got me as a customer moving forward

The situation definitely sucked for everybody involved. I placed three orders (all containing PHs) from 11/26 through 12/16. Obviously each was delayed but I did receive my final package a few days ago. I can only speak in regard to my own experience, but I believe Orbit did a fine job from a customer service standpoint. I emailed CS to check the status of my orders A LOT, and even though I probably bugged the hell out of them, they responded within 24-48 hrs each time. It probably helped that I expected delays with the ban in place. It would have been nice to get a freebe or coupon, but I got my supps and that's all that matters to me.

I hope everyone else gets their sh*t soon too!

Orbit has took a turn downhill over the last year..
I had products arrive opened, they didn't believe me even after I sent pics of the bottle with missing seals etc

Nothing was done about it..
I'll never use them again..

Wow, that's extremely negative - sorry you feel that way. Still, thanks for the feedback; we're always striving for personal improvement and hopefully you can give us another chance to serve you! We really do aim to please.
