Finally received my items today. No freebies to those who think that will happen lol.
Update: orbit page still says my 12/12 order is processing. CS is silent.
I know you guys got slammed, but your lack of communication and transparency is off the charts.
While we understand everyone's frustration on all this, it was 100% out of our control for most people in this thread as WE HAD TO WAIT on the vendor to send us the stuff that was technically promised to us WEEKS before we got it. Had we known it was going to take this long no way in hell would we have sold them. As for freebies, most people got some great discounts and as a business we cannot afford to send free stuff and actually stay in business. The wait sucked for you all and for us too.
Likewise. Ordered january 9, still hasnt shipped, but the major issue is that cs absolutely refuses to answer. Gonna ask for a refund tonight and question future business there. They've been great in the past but a real way to cripple a retailer is to ignore customers who contact CS. That'll get you

Same happened to me. It was horrible.
The least they could've done is let us know to cancel if it would've taken this long and also provide some type of compensation for the looong wait. Anything. Coupon code for us or something.
Future order is questioned now with them. Sorry guys.

Absolutely but at least look out for those who waited over a month. That's crazy regardless the issue. The issue wasn't with us. We paid on time lol

It's not the case of knowing. It's the part of you guys looking out. When we order we expect it in a certain amount of them cause "we" pay for the shipping and obviously buy for it to be used. Now if you guys run into a issue that's not our fault. Now because of a long wait certain people including myself had to place the same order else where spend double the money to accommodate the wait.
All I'm saying it all we got was sorry will look into it and a blame on vendors. Nothing mad us happy as a consumer. We all had patients for the wait but damn a month is a little exaggeration with no here you go sorry for that.

Never once did we blame the customer, in fact the vendor we are blaming has said it was their fault in email and in the open. You used to be a rep before we let you go so not sure how you can jump in on all this after working with us for as long as you did. Again not once did we blame the customer, we have and had taken our share of the blame and MANY people understood that the delay was on said vendors part not us just sitting around not wanting to ship things. In fact as soon as products arrived we got them back out same day. Again, had we known that it would take a month to get what we ordered pre ban we would have never sold them or kept them listed.
I didn't say the customer. I said vendor.
All I'm saying is a month wait is way to long that's all. Not blaming anyone just saying a month wait is a long time when people order to have the product(s) in a certain time frame for use. You guys are good and not knocking you guys at all. Just this situation sucked as$.
I think shipping partial orders may have helped to prevent Orbit from taking a lot of this heat. (Orbit might discuss this cost with the vendor as part of their remedial action).
I think the CS tab may be faulty atm at orbit's website right now because the main man here got it taken care of in a heartbeat. Thanks for providing literally "on demand" CS here on the boards and you've definitely got me as a customer moving forward

Very disappointed with orbit nutrition. I never even received shipping confirmation. I was left completely in the dark. Sorry guys, but this is unexceptable. I paid good money and you cashed it a few moments after the order was placed on December 13th...

Orbit has took a turn downhill over the last year..
I had products arrive opened, they didn't believe me even after I sent pics of the bottle with missing seals etc
Nothing was done about it..
I'll never use them again..
