I added 80lb in 11 months by eating every 2 hours (for 11 months solid) and employing a lot of power lifting techniques.

Ive been recmping now since Jan 1st and I'm up 55bs in 16 months and at better bf.

Listen, no offense, but I don't really want to get into specific details about my own personal progress over the past year here. Again, this is Ed's log to discuss his progress, not mine.

I'll say this much, first, been using hormonals well more than 2 years, so that'd be tough to gauge...matter of fact, I ran the first andro PH when McGwire was on that sh!t, what? 10-11 years ago? That was following a sust cycle.

And it hasn't been 40lb or whatever of pure gains over the past two years, because I've frequently incorporated cutting phases. For ex. leading into this cycle I actually dropped weight while on a cycle of IGF-1 (the hyperplasia from which I also attribute to probably a good part of the explosive gains I experienced to start). In the last 6 mos I've dropped 8%bf, from where I was at 18% to 10% to start this cycle. So muscle weight goes up, bf goes down. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Ive been getting some good night sweats with these Helios (tren like)

Yesterday had good back session no bis and 60 min run at 130 HR

Good strong WO today feeling great confidence is back.

My left shoulder is feeling a lot better 90%. Just checked my weight 230.2. Official weigh in is AM but looks like all the weight is back after 4 days of stopping the Winny

I had trouble with my joints last year, after adding Animal Flex they seemed to right themselves. For this reason ive stayed away from winny and used VAR.

So this is all very annoying, hopefully no long term harm done.

Tom/today is chest and im gonna get the powerlifting bands out (i have full set). This will allow me to lift heavy but alleviate the stress on the joints at the bottom of the lift

Ok so had a great lift, shoulder a little bit sore so i canned shoulders and enjoyed chest. Hit new PR deep into my WO, felt strong as a bull

The thing that keeps blowing my mind is the drop in your waistline. Mine's moving nicely, but nothing even close to that. I WISH I could lean out the middle at the clip your going, bro.

Well I definitely have to thank Kleen for keeping me on track with my diet and although I can bulk with Tren I find it a great for recomp qnd now I'm running 2 seeks of Helios. That rocks too

But above all the ist prob the consistancy of the diet

Afer this week run with Helios I'm gonna take my waist and try and just hold it steady + - 1/2 inch let the test go to work and attain some LBM

Gave my body/shoulder good soak in a hot bath yesterday and i had trouble rising myself out of the tub. On that note im gonna rest up for a couple of days

Also i went to a wedding yesterday, it was held at The River Cafe and the food was sublime. Needless to say i ate a lot of everything, cake as well :( the tape measure was kid to me this morning :)

First major cheat since Jan 1st so im not gonna beat myself up but def good cardio session in order and some abs :)

Todays brutal onslaught on legs

Legs from IFBB Pro Lee Priest

start leg exstensions......2 sets light weight about 30 reps to warm up......then do 3 sets heavy for 20 reps......then 2 sets as many as you can by yourself the nhave someone help you up with last 5 reps and hold at top for 1 sec squeeze.......then 2 more sets to failure when cant do no more have someone help you up to top hold it and have them push against you....not hard just enough to feel it going down ..but you fight against them all the way as they push down you try and kick it back up.......

Now squats......1 set 20 reps....add weight do 20 again.....and 3rd add weight do 20 again.......keep adding weight till you can only get like 12 reps..try for 20 but if you cant and you get to 12...then put back...half the weight or go to light weight pump out 50...you can rest or stand there and squeeze legs but do not rack it.....get 50...even if you do 2 reps at a time.......

now go to leg press 3 sets...do one warm up to get them use to machine.....then put on a good weight for your self like 4-5 plates a side.....and just go....nice good reps...hold at top squeeze thighs....go till they burn like hell have soemone remove plate and you keep going down to one plate......till they almost kill you...now they will hurt but trust me once you get to that certain pain..it will not get worse it just stays there...so do what i do block it out....just focus on pushing the weight like a machine ..up and down ..up and down.....just listen to the sled sliding up and down and focus on that...block everything else out...just you and machine become one.....the mind will quit before your legs....so ignore your body telling you it hurts etc....just keep pushing trust me you can do it........

There you go try that one this time......

now do walking lunges 4 sets or just normal lunges in smith or rack....walking better...try like 10-15 each leg.

i added that after coming off the orals as at which point i would normally be in PCT

Every day to my surprise im not crashing but gaining in confidence and strength so i mean it both "literally" and "figuratively"

Looks like a good workout or legs, but I would question doing leg extensions to total failure before doing your squats. Why take away from the mainstay of legs/total body strength? Also remember the pro's wont publish thier true workouts. I got this straight from a pro. I would switch the squats to the beginning and add all the rest after.

That 50 squats was just nasty.... I thought mt heart was gonna burst out of my chest

Made it to the end, lunges, just one set then i crawled to a bench for 10 minutes just to muster the strength to get to the locker room

brutal was an understatement

ok i take back what I said about Taurine and back pumps. I upped the dosage to 3 grams PWO and ate a banana and I was FINE doing back today.

cool... Guess im lucky my Taurine has never been used, i just eat 4 bananas a day and knock on wood i have never had backpumps or any form of cramps associated with AAS

I am on the fence about buying some Icyplex based on the feedback I have been reading about it.

I used it in the past and loved it. IMO, it works better than oral clen, and you dont get the sides either.

i heard mixed reviews about Icyplex as well, i believe the source actually replaced a lot. i dont know what was actually wrong with the product though

Alot of people use it incorrectly. You need to take it and do cardio 30-60 mins after. It is supposed to liquify the fat so it can be easily burned off. If you leave it too long it is supposed to go back to its original state. That's what i got out of it at least.

I def can feel it after 60 mins but it definitely builds up in my system and is far more potent 8 hours later and even beyond that. like i said it gives me tren like night sweats

I do however inj first thing in the morn and would typically be training within 60-90 minutes but this is just coincidental

The one I am talking about is icyplex and it is cumulative but They say that is when the best fat loss is. Helios and icyplex are the same thing right?

Seems more theory to me, there seems to be a lot of different opiions on when where etc

Some also claim spot reduction

All i can tell you for sure is that its some potent **** and i know my stims...

i was taking 250mcg oral clen and 100mg Ephedrine and imtelling you this is more effective in elevating my HR and core temperature

As to spot reduction or some of the other claims i think that is rather debatable but who knows nothing to loose in that regard right, so when i load 1cc up i hit 2 differnt sites for 50 ius

Describe how the shoulder feels. Where does the pain originate from?

Be sure to do plenty of rotator cuff exercises before hitting the weights and make sure you stretch between sets. :thumbsup:

Regular every day motion it doesnt hurt but if ilft myself up like from a seated position there is a sharp pain at the top of the Delt but deep inside not muscular. So dips and military presses would definitely aggravate it.

When i bench press the discomfort is not to bad at all but it will agrrevate it enough so that the pain is much more prominent. After a few days rest the pain has mostly subsided but still noticeable if any weight out on it.

I have Super cissus coming today hopefully ive upped my fish oil intake and ive been using Animal Flex for some time due to previous dicomfort with great sucesss.

Ive considered adding NPP and have access to it but will hold off on that idea for now

Be very careful if you add NPP, since you are running tren (at least I think you're running tren, or were at one point). The two together can cause prolactin levels to skyrocket. Some caber could combat this.

Might be better off looking into IGF for the shoulder issues. Could also be an issue of everything being so tight in your upper body that its pulling it forward. Do you stretch and get massages regularly?

Well if no tren anymore, NPP would be a good addition to help.

Stretching will definitely help from having things get to tight and pull things out of wack and cause some grinding in the rotator. Massage will help with myo-fascial release of small knots of toxins that build up, and cause muscles to essentially shorten, which can also cause problems. Ive had shoulder issues for years, and for me, its a combo of pretty much everything (stretching, massage, supps, etc)
 
Deep tissue massages are ballin!

Fer shoor!! I have the goddess give me deep tissue massages. Being the sado-masochist that I am.....it feels wundebar!!! :twisted:

She will use her knuckles and elbows to get deep into the fibers. It hurts......but it's incredibly effective. :fing02:

whoa, whoa, whoa. you have it on hand and are debating? wait no longer, my brother. igf-1 lr3 is the straight up sh!t! I actually ran it solo and it was great. you will NEVER rest that well in your life, it aids recovery, yes, it will help heal that shoulder, and it'll no only contribute (though mildly) to gains on cycle, but it'll help ensure you keep them after. I attribute a run I did (40mcg divided bilaterally EOD) leading into this one now to the explosive growth I had at the onset...all those nice new fibers resulting fro hyperplasia. My delts and chest, which was where I focused the igf, have def developed more than they would've otherwise, even w/ the aid of the current prop/mast/var.

BTW, I think I'm having a similar reaction to the mast as you did to winny, except I'm not actually dropping weight. but I am staying the same. meanwhile, musculature is clearly increasing, much more fullness to them, much more definition too, but my bodyweight will NOT budge from the 220-222 range. I'm def packing on muscle though, I can see that in the mirror. and though I haven't done a bf test in a few weeks, I can tell it's dropping significantly. My stomach is the flattest it's been in years. I'm planning on testing it before starting week 5. no doubt I'm single digies now.

Can't wait to see what happens when I add those win tabs the last few weeks...:sgrin:
