Big retailers have so much more insurance 'red tape issues' to consider. There's a few stores around my place that are 'small' single entity businesses that carry more hormones than protein, awkward.
Not sure if your barking up the right tree here, chief.

your right. most guys who work in shops dont know that much. Most people who come in are very thankful that I work that, cause I know my shizzle :hammer:maybe i should of read more of the thread...all i read was dumb people doing even dumber stuff. nowhere did it say where a salesmen stepped in and told these people whats up...just wanted to clarify, and assumed so anyway.
glad to hear that there are more honest salespeople out there...like i said i wasn't calling people out, just wanting us to actually help people. bodybuilders/fitness freaks are walking billborads and seen as dumb meat heads, getting people interested and showing them that we have invalueable knowledge and dedication in what we do helps them look past the stereotype!

That's the mark of a true knowledgeable person^^right there. A true smart man teaches others(like you do), a selfish person stays greedy for him/herself and just blows others off (with all due respect, I see more of the latter on this forum, and others), than more examples like yourself my man...I dont request for epistane, and ph's. They dont carry them for insurance reasons. Might carry 3-ad though. MIGHT.
I know Nutra's sales of Epi, and cycle support, and PCT have been upped by me walking guys through how to do a PH cycle
haha...i love the out of shape personal trainers! me and my boys will be at the gym and the trainers clients will be looking at us like wtf am i doing listening to this twat!most people who work in gyms are the same, dumb as sh*t!

.....all this coming from the guy who tried to sell me Gro-Bust when I came into the store the other day and told him i had puffy nips.....

(he said they even had a free bottle of lotion and that I was to rub it on my nips twice daily for maximum results)
Sick joke man...just sick

You got it wrong, I offered to rub it on your nips FOR YOU:woohoo:
Thanks for sharing, pumpkin
i occasionally do the half reps and heavy weight. it helps with a pumpYah it's hard for newbs sometimes. They have these trainers that don't know squat trying to tell them what to do then they see these juiced guys who more times than not don't have a clue how to train. The try to duplicate what they see the big guy doing and often end up getting injured or overtraining. Just remember when you walk into a gym at any given moment, about 98% of the people there are doing something wrong. Sad really. I used to try and help people but gave up when I found most people don't listen anyway.
The funniest thing for me is all the little guys doing heavy half reps. The never change, and their ego won't let them remove weight from the bar and do the exercise corectly. Most young guys I see are lifting a weight too heavy for them. Don't try and tell them that though lol..
I used to do partials with some exercises, doesn't really seem to do a lot for me. One think I am against is partials for any kind of chest exercise, because almost all the benetit is a the lower range of the exercise. Same thing with any kind of curl you really aren't getting much out of doing the upper half of the exercise. I would recommend just doing the lower half and stopping when the contraction ends, going all the way up just allows you to rest some.
start heavy - finish light
my max and last set is a strip set, start heavy for a rep or two, strip some weight off and bang out 3-4 more reps and then maybe take a couple more plates off for another couple of reps, these are not forced rep sets but a spotter is good to have on hand just in case the last rep just doesn't want to go up.
start heavy - finish light
yah your talking drop sets. This is a trick a lot naturals use to be able to keep the intensity high. It's all about intensity and you can't always go heavy.
Oh and I am a big believer in reverse pyramid (doing heavier sets first), you just have to make sure you warm up really well.
What I've grown fond of doing is 1 really light warmup set, then stretch, then a moderately light warmup set, then my heaviest set for as many reps as possible, then lower weight as many reps as possible, then finally lower weight with as many reps as possible.
For example, a usual bench routine with 5 sets will be as follows:
1) 95 for 10 reps - slow, then stretch for a while
2) 135 for 10 reps - slow
3) 265 for 4-5 reps
4) 245 for 6-8 reps
5) 225 for 8-10 reps
Works extremely well for me, and I get at least a little sore the day after every workout.
That's disgusting. Did they kick here out? What happened after that?
i didnt know that M1d by lg was a PH. i talked to a few people and they all said it ****, its the fake md1t
