OLYMPUS LABS TEST1FY Q&A

Would be nice if someone could tell me the optimal dosing times. Gonna start taking this saturday

It's probably really not all that important as long as you take two separate doses a day. It's just a natty test booster after all, nothing to overthink

Yeah not a make or break tbh. Id go with 4 caps in the am and the other 4 caps 6-8 hours later.
 
Does l-dopa make us tired? I took a sleep aid once with l dopa in it...
it's individualistic some get tired some get insomnia. Some get depressed and some it improves mood. After cessation some people also go through hard withdrawals and of course some don't. I personally prefer to take it by itself.
 
is it necessary to take with food? if so would a tspn of pb in the morning with 1st dose be sufficient?

also, what if someone wanted to use 3 doses of 4 caps daily, any foreseen adverse effects?

I think full dosage is actually 8 caps split into two dosages, so maybe you could try 6 caps daily, taking 3 at a time twice daily.
 
I think he's asking could he take 12 caps per day

Ooh didn't even think about that. I'll let the actual OL reps answer that because I have no clue haha
 
Think OL specify 8 per day for a reason so maybe see how you feel on that dose,as for food there is an absorption package included in Test1fy and don't see anything in the ingredient profile that could cause gi distress if taken without food but I could be wrong
 
yup...also the questions about food being necessary.

12 caps isn't gonna kill you, but the law of diminishing returns might be at play here.

The dose we suggest is based on scientifically studies doses. Anything higher may or may not have added benefit. Sometimes more isn't always better.

Just something to think about.

Did the studies of Test1fy on test subjects show decent mass gain?

Mass gain is very subjective. There are too may variables, subjects BMR, calorie intake, workout routine & intensity, etc We will not waste time on such a metric.

TEST1FY should provide you with a boost in libido & test while promoting anabolism. Whether you want add LBM is dependent on diet & training. I have ran TEST1FY PRO and put on a few lbs of LBM in 3.5 weeks eating maint or slightly above.

In addition, I went to a family event last night and relatives I saw 2-3 weeks ago commented that I look much bigger :haha:
 
Well my Test1fy has just arrived. I will be stacking with Follidrone 2.0 and also taking staples of pes ergonine, oximega fish oil, 97% whey isolate protein. Eating in a surplus for a bulk. Looking forward to this.
 
Good answer. F95 AND anacyclus pyrethrum depressus. Should really fire things up . Is this powder only or caps as well?

Both T-Pro (discontinued) and Test1fy caps would work on a cut.
 
Replaced by the capsule version

I find Testify Pro to be working well, did have a breakout of spots on face 2 days after running and testicular aching but has now eased off, the coffee flavour tastes good when mixed with only 200-250ml of water.
 
Three days into my Test1fy caps and heels and ankles a bit stiff this morning getting outta bed and shoulders a bit sore last nite at the gym, I'm guessing dhaa working it's magic already so gonna up my fish oil intake apart from that nothing much to report

No he's just saying fish oil helps his joints.

I'm saying fish oil helps my joints in that statement,the other guy stated fish oil should be dosed away from dhaa with a question mark after it,so I didn't know if he was asking a question or stating a fact

I have 4 days left of Super PCT and I'm eager to start Testify, shall I wait or begin today?

You can start today. The only thing I would worry about is dry joints from armistane + DHAA, but 4 days wont be a big deal either way.
 
I have been taking Testify now for about 2 weeks with 2 capsules in the morning, and 2 after lunch. The only downside I can say is that my knee joints are staring to get achy, especially my left. I am taking 2 capsules of Omega 3 in the morning also. Could the Testify cause my knee joints to ache? Or is it just my 46 year old knees? Mind you, I have never had any injuries.

very possible that DHAA is drying out your joints. You might want to try boosting your intake of omegas (ie. 1 more cap of Omega-3, salmon, nuts , etc)

If I may ask, why just 4 caps per day and not 8 as per label?

For what it's worth, today is my second day on Testify and indeed my knees also hurt but I'm taking Super PCT as well so I've raised the fish oil to 3g.

Didn't feel anything like this when I took Testify Pro.
 
I unfortunately have not been able to hit the gym as hard as I normally would. I am lucky if I make it 2 times per week at the moment. Kids, renovations in the yard, etc., just the time of year. But, at my age, I just needed a little boost and some help with a little drive. I just figured a little trickle of it in my system has some other health benefits also.

I have been using LJ100 with great results but am about to run out. I can't afford to buy both so would I be better off with Testify, even with the less LJ per serving or staying with LJ100?

What is your goal with using a natty test booster? If libido and sexual performance are the key, then high doses of LJ100 are nice. But overall, as a test boosting supplement Test1fy will outperform solo LJ100 anyday. Overall performance improvements will be much more profound as Test1fy is an amazingly well-formulated product which promotes test production and physical health/performance through multiple pathways. So if choosing only one I would lean towards Test1fy. For best of both, I would run testify with an additional 2-300 mg of LJ100.
 
I would say yes libido as this was the main reason I started taking it. I'll carry on with the LJ then and when I can, stack them together. Thanks.
