Thanks everyone! My shoulders seem to blow up pretty good. I am really working on some lat width so I can get a sweet V-taper, having the shoulder width ;)

Switched back for bis and tris today. My upper back was a little sore for some reason?

V-bar pushdowns- 3 warm up sets

Tri-sets

Bent over rope ext- 4 sets 12 x 110lbs
tri-set
Pronated grip kickbacks- 4 sets 6 x 35lbs
tri-set
Dips- 4 sets 10

Skull crushers-
65lbs 20,15,12
My tris were so pumped here I couldn't do much!!

Straight sets for bis

Standing alternating curls- palms up, no supination
40's 4 x 8

Ez bar curls- standing, 3 sec decent
95lbs 4 x 6

Hammer Curls-
45's 2 x 10
50's 2 x 10 PR

Reverse Ez bar curls-
65 3 sets 10

Calfs

Leg press calf raises-
2 plates each side x 30 WU
3 plates each side- 10 reps, then pause for 10 secs at full contraction then 10 more reps, then pause for 10 secs-1 set, Did 4 sets total

Seated calf raise-
2 plates x 15, 2 sets
single leg- 1 plate x 10, 2 sets

Things are gettin real now!! And the Epi hasn't even kicked in!! Aggression is very high, focus was awesome. The gym was full and only 2-3 times I glanced through to see who was there. Other than that it was my headphones and the weights.
Strength is still climbing and vascularity was crazy today. I had new veins poppin out on my forearms and the back of my hands that I haven't seen before :D

Right now my dosing is:

500mg test e/week
150mg Tr3n/day
45mg Epi/day

Until I get my anxiety and BP under control I will leave the tren there. Maybe in a week I will up it to 180 :D
 
Just a little tidbit. At the end of June about 3 weeks after my gall bladder surgery my flat bench was

Flat BB 4 sets
185 x6,6
205 x6,6

Yesterday I was doing a pause bench with 225 like nothing.

So my strength is coming back for sure!! I believe an old PR on bench was 335 x1, but I would have to go back and look. I do see me surpassing that :D

Went ahead and took today off. Was supposed to hit back today. We started the fire pit in the back yard last night and stayed up late roasting marshmellows and hotdogs with the kids, so I slept in this morning. Then had to work tonight, so I spent the rest of the morning early afternoon with the family. Kind of nice for us all to be home at the same time. My oldest two boys are 13 so they are on the go a lot and my wife is a surgery nurse. So when I am home, she is working, and vise-versa.

Ordering some Ar1macare and another bottle of Epi. I've never ran Epi much above 60mg and hadn't planned on running it there until the last week.... I may be jumping the dosage up sooner ;)

Arm and delt is looking swole as hell tho even in the small ones.

Pretty sure I tied my previous PR on squats. I know that is the heaviest i have been in a long time!!
Knees got to aching on the lunges. I think the Letro has my joints shot, so I am going to taper back off. Should be safe to now anyway.

Good news. Got our finances figured out so i will be able to quit work and pull all my extra time into job shadowing and studying for my state boards... that is after I hit the gym every morning :D

Also got another bottle of Epi ordered along with some Ar1macare pro. My lower back started to tighten up a little this morning but dont think it was actual back pumps. As long as they dont get to severe I will bump up my Epi to 60mg/day this weekend instead of waiting until the last week.

My brother texted me this morning and asked when I was going to compete again. Got my mind wandering and I can't decided whether to keep trying to recomp, diet down, or just up my cals and really blow up???
