Straight sets for bis
Standing alternating curls- palms up, no supination
40's 4 x 8
Ez bar curls- standing, 3 sec decent
95lbs 4 x 6
Hammer Curls-
45's 2 x 10
50's 2 x 10 PR
Reverse Ez bar curls-
65 3 sets 10
Calfs
Leg press calf raises-
2 plates each side x 30 WU
3 plates each side- 10 reps, then pause for 10 secs at full contraction then 10 more reps, then pause for 10 secs-1 set, Did 4 sets total
Seated calf raise-
2 plates x 15, 2 sets
single leg- 1 plate x 10, 2 sets

Things are gettin real now!! And the Epi hasn't even kicked in!! Aggression is very high, focus was awesome. The gym was full and only 2-3 times I glanced through to see who was there. Other than that it was my headphones and the weights.
Strength is still climbing and vascularity was crazy today. I had new veins poppin out on my forearms and the back of my hands that I haven't seen before
Right now my dosing is:
500mg test e/week
150mg Tr3n/day
45mg Epi/day
Until I get my anxiety and BP under control I will leave the tren there. Maybe in a week I will up it to 180
