Olive oil converts cholesterol more easily into testosterone

Does anyone have any info on dosages. Please say wether you found the info through trail and error or literature. Also, I would doubt that body weight would affect the dosage very much because this is supposed to be for are testicles.

dose? its food. what are your goals? i drink 2-3 shots a day EVOO for the calories. there isnt an established "recommended dose" for olive oil. just add it based on how many cals you need. substituting a healthier oil such as olive for cooking and recipes is also wise.
 
just add some white white button mushrooms, for a little atd,
saute in olive oil.
No wonder the Romans were picking fights
 
Me to a while back. That's when i found garlic and onions were some pretty good vasodilators. Better than any NO product i've tried.

We evolved quite well without supps!!

I have tried loads of them but only have a handful of staples.

i know garlic thins the blood so does fish oil. but i have never heard of it being a vasodilator
 
If you watch Ronnie Coleman cook eggs in the morning, you'll see that as soon as he pours the eggs in there is a ridiculous amount of dark oil floating in it, Olive Oil I presume? This seems like the way to do it, just cook your eggs in like way more oil than you would normally ever consider using then you get it along with your cholesterol!

great article thanks man l get cold pressed olive oil and actually get my wife to use it for my massages as well because it also is a great anti-inflammatory.

Man get yourself cold pressed organic olive oil because olive trees are highly sprayed so def get organic it is smooth and mild fruity l also dip my bread in it and you can also dip the bread in dhukka for taste it is a mixture of spices.
 
Ronnie really is just different. most people who could lift as much as he could would be trying to keep their blood pressure as low as possible, to avoid vascular damage, but this guy does it on two cups of coffee and three scop of no-xplode. He is just different.

Very true... Organic everything for 1 week also lets your body unstress itself and detox. usually accompanied by a loss of 3 or 4lbs

was reading through this study, and went over the numbers, the amount given to the rats was 70g's per kilogram for the rats.

so if you add this to real world numbers.

1 cup = 224 grams (for oil)

so then for a 72 kilogram individual, you would need 5,040 grams (to achive similar results as the rats)

this equals to around 22 1/2 cups.

thats alot of oil.

so in the end, i would say this study needs to be done on humans so we can see if there are possibly different amounts needed (hopefully)
or if it will even work for humans.

I see people claiming they see a difference with olive oil, but after running these numbers, makes me wonder if it's placebo, i mean, after pct (and everythings normal) my boys are big to begin with.
 
^good point, these tests will never be done to humans...and if everything returned to normal after PCT then you did a good job lol

I do the same; great way to add in quality cals!

Rats require a much higher dosing per kg than humans, its a metabolism thing.

The standard conversion I always see is dividing the rat dose per kg by 6.3 to reach the human equivalent (for a 60kg human). Though, that still leaves us with a lot of oil...
 
Let's not forget about how the human body keeps hormonal balance and returns things to normal. This will probably be a small boost if anything.
 
Thanks for post, I just started downing the olive oil to get my cals up to 3500. I had heard it contained great antioxidants and this is just another plus. Best of all it actually makes my protein taste better!

Be sure to keep a bathroom handy.
