Does anyone have any info on dosages. Please say wether you found the info through trail and error or literature. Also, I would doubt that body weight would affect the dosage very much because this is supposed to be for are testicles.

This seems like the way to do it, just cook your eggs in like way more oil than you would normally ever consider using then you get it along with your cholesterol!

Man get yourself cold pressed organic olive oil because olive trees are highly sprayed so def get organic it is smooth and mild fruity l also dip my bread in it and you can also dip the bread in dhukka for taste it is a mixture of spices.

dose? its food. what are your goals? i drink 2-3 shots a day EVOO for the calories. there isnt an established "recommended dose" for olive oil. just add it based on how many cals you need. substituting a healthier oil such as olive for cooking and recipes is also wise.
was reading through this study, and went over the numbers, the amount given to the rats was 70g's per kilogram for the rats..
Thanks for post, I just started downing the olive oil to get my cals up to 3500. I had heard it contained great antioxidants and this is just another plus. Best of all it actually makes my protein taste better!
