This is a injury thread under a site called anabolic minds so forgive me if talking about roids isn't allowed in this specific tread. I've been lifting since I graduated high school in 2008. Got in real nice shape but developed tennis elbow (what the doc called it) and haven't been able to lift for almost 3 years. I do legs here and there and some upper body with my right arm. (left one is the affected one.) I'm through being "patient" and i'm done resting. I've done PT, cortisone shot, PRP injection, all types of OTC braces. Nothing healed my injury. Theres no pain at rest and none when I stretch either. Pain really isn't the problem. It's that my arm feels like its dead or retarded. Thats honestly the best way to describe it. Idk what the problem is. Build up of scar tissue? Idk. I really think I had two injuries and the docs just recognized the tennis elbow first and stopped there. I had a mri and they just said micro tears. It's my elbow joint. I think its my anconeus muscle. Like I said it's like my elbow muscles and that one in particular are dead. It doesn't "fire up" when I squeeze or flex like its suppose to. I've had a few other tests done too with no alarming results. Tendons and all those soft tissue heal slow but not this slow. I'm seriously considering taking hgh or any steroid that helps heal injuries. My question is what to take? I've done a H-drol cycle a few years ago and did it right, but this would be different. If someone wants to spoon feed me any info on this i'll be waiting patiently with a bib. Please
