Old Tendonitis Injury

This is a injury thread under a site called anabolic minds so forgive me if talking about roids isn't allowed in this specific tread. I've been lifting since I graduated high school in 2008. Got in real nice shape but developed tennis elbow (what the doc called it) and haven't been able to lift for almost 3 years. I do legs here and there and some upper body with my right arm. (left one is the affected one.) I'm through being "patient" and i'm done resting. I've done PT, cortisone shot, PRP injection, all types of OTC braces. Nothing healed my injury. Theres no pain at rest and none when I stretch either. Pain really isn't the problem. It's that my arm feels like its dead or retarded. Thats honestly the best way to describe it. Idk what the problem is. Build up of scar tissue? Idk. I really think I had two injuries and the docs just recognized the tennis elbow first and stopped there. I had a mri and they just said micro tears. It's my elbow joint. I think its my anconeus muscle. Like I said it's like my elbow muscles and that one in particular are dead. It doesn't "fire up" when I squeeze or flex like its suppose to. I've had a few other tests done too with no alarming results. Tendons and all those soft tissue heal slow but not this slow. I'm seriously considering taking hgh or any steroid that helps heal injuries. My question is what to take? I've done a H-drol cycle a few years ago and did it right, but this would be different. If someone wants to spoon feed me any info on this i'll be waiting patiently with a bib. Please

Bcp-157, tb-500, hgh/hgh secretagogues, and deca. In that order of effectiveness. Stack all of them, add test, continue rehab, and use a brace as needed and i will garnutee it will get better. Thb i doubt there will be a need for stacking all of them so start with bcp-157.

google: "Armaid"
An expensive piece of plastic, looking like a tool for abortions.
This thing changed my life and healed my tennis- and golfers elbow.

Thanks for the info. I'm researching the Bcp-157. I've heard peptides work. But I know nothing about them. Is it cycled and have effects like steroids do? Would it require a pct?

You inject it under the skin around the lesion, it's a peptide, no PCT needed.
Thank you for ignoring my advise on the Armaid.

I checked it out thanks for the advice big man! That looks like it has a place in healing but i've done PT and had no positive results. I've used balls, bands, ropes etc. How much does that thing cost anyway?

It's about US 100 and I agree it's overpriced .
I did ALL you can imagine and more to heal my arms, balls, rubber, flex-bars and what not.
This thing is different. I swear, you even can lift the same day you are first using it. It applies so much pressure on the trigger points, that it virtually breaks the underlying tissue down and enables blood flow to the tendons. Research about it, then buy it. Just fugging trust me on this.
Over- and out.

Flex bar is the one I forgot to mention lol. I'll research it more. Have you ever used peptides yourself anyways?

I'm about to try BPC-157 on my bad knees. Sometimes my forearms are acting up again but I heal it in no time with the Armaid.
Don't know what the guys were thinking when fixing the price at US 100 for a piece of plastic.
After using it, you would have gladly payed more, believe me.

By the way, buying BPC will be more expensive if you have more then one forearm problem.

Ah, another thing, if you really buy the Armaid, I will help you with a video to show you exactly how I use it, it's not intuitive -and it's not a massage tool, like a roller. Think of it as pliers.

I wish I would get money from promoting this tool but I don't, damn it!

I have this as well. Elbow straps/sleeves etc, lots of stretching and proper warm up. Also I use celebrex, which really does the job. Know your exercises and how to do them while bypassing the pain.
