Got up early and neck felt sore still but improved. Went about 70% on OHP and shrugs and managed to stay about 100% weight on my rear delt and side lateral work.

Then flag football right after and nabbed one TD in addition to winding up in 3 different collisions LOL

Basketball cardio in the books. Low carbs and low cals today. Woke up 0.8 over my lowest weight this far in my cut and hoping to see it lower tomorrow morning :)
