Upper body power done! I was super proud to get this up. I'm still a lightweight...so, to get 55x3 on clean & presses was a happy moment for me.

Down 9 lbs. from last time I did it and still stayed at 3 plates on bench (pretty happy about that)

Chest and tris in the books. Took a few days off and ate like crap, definitely feeling myself dragging ass today. Had to dial back a bit on the weights, will regroup and be back to normal in a few days.
