I love it, man. I normally just look at my fitbit info at the end of the day; this is the first time I checked it prior to playing. Pretty cool that I'd never guess I net that much.

Early morning Max-OT arm session done.

Down about 20 pounds and still kept my numbers equal or went up on a couple.
 
Deadlift day completed and ended up with a new PR 365 even though I was just diagnosed with low ass fauk T
 
Chest and Tris day today. Finally moved up another 20lbs reliably on the pec deck and also on the chest press. Sticking mostly to machines currently, and totally destroyed the tricep extension machine today. Good idea or not, I switched back and forth between heavy weight/low reps and lower weight/high reps and I can really feel the burn. Loving it. Haven't felt this good leaving the gym in a while.

Put out a warrant for my arrest because I just murdered my quad focused leg day.
 
Went to PiYo earlier, then came home & worked on my squat form with hubby for a while. It's amazing what a good 30 mins of good coaching can do!!!
