How long do you say it takes for it to kick in?After 4 days away from home and 3 days off the gym I was looking forward to hitting it hard today in workout #1. I had less caffeine than usual the last 3 days and man it showed! This Seismic Surge hit me like a hurricane! I was amped up and feeling like a machine! I needed it! Workout went really well. I seen a little more weight than last time on some moves and stayed the same on others.
Energy was 9.5 of 10 this time
Endurance was a solid 8
Pumps, Not super impressive, 7.5
Taste is still delicious.

9.5/10 is what I’m talking about. And agreed on the 20-30 min mark and it’s really kicking in. Peaks for me about 45 min in but it’s full throttle from then on. Also no crash for me either.

Yesterdays 100's workout was a little rough. It was workout 2 so it started with legs. I at least made it to 53 reps on squats before having to rest. I didn't have my gym bros or my headphones so I was hurting a little for motivation.
Energy was steady and I was able to knock the whole thing out in 1.5 hrs.
Legs are probably feeling it today !!!

Actually not as bad as usual. I think I am adapting to the 100's. I will be doing workout 2 again today. I did workout 1 yesterday.
Wednesday workout 1 went ok. This was the least I was feeling Seismic to date. I didn't get a whole lot of boost from it. It did keep my energy level for the workout though. I was able to perform well.
This program is only designed to be used for 2-4 weeks so I as debating on whether to change it or for one more week after today...
I think I will be doing the Shortcut to size program next until february and then start a cut program then.
Sweet! I’ve done the Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut to Size workout before with a few twists that I️ threw in. I️ liked the overall base plan of it.
Had a real nice back day this morning!
