After 4 days away from home and 3 days off the gym I was looking forward to hitting it hard today in workout #1. I had less caffeine than usual the last 3 days and man it showed! This Seismic Surge hit me like a hurricane! I was amped up and feeling like a machine! I needed it! Workout went really well. I seen a little more weight than last time on some moves and stayed the same on others.
Energy was 9.5 of 10 this time
Endurance was a solid 8
Pumps, Not super impressive, 7.5
Taste is still delicious.

This Seismic Surge hit me like a hurricane! I was amped up and feeling like a machine! I needed it! Workout went really well. Usually 25 minutes. But I only had a small breakfast sandwich this morning around 11 am. And took PWO at 1:45 , so It hit me faster today at only 10 minutes!
 
Yea it kicks in pretty fast. It's different for everyone and it depends if you take it on am empty stomach or not to how fast it will kick in and how hard.
 
9.5/10 is what I’m talking about. And agreed on the 20-30 min mark and it’s really kicking in. Peaks for me about 45 min in but it’s full throttle from then on. Also no crash for me either.

Good point! I haven't mentioned that. Shame on me. There is no hard crash at all!

Yesterdays 100's workout was a little rough. It was workout 2 so it started with legs. I at least made it to 53 reps on squats before having to rest. I didn't have my gym bros or my headphones so I was hurting a little for motivation.

Energy was steady and I was able to knock the whole thing out in 1.5 hrs.
 
Yeah it’s an added bonus for sure. Most high stims come with a prettt hard crash for me personally.

Wednesday workout 1 went ok. This was the least I was feeling Seismic to date. I didn't get a whole lot of boost from it. It did keep my energy level for the workout though. I was able to perform well.

This program is only designed to be used for 2-4 weeks so I as debating on whether to change it or for one more week after today...

I think I will be doing the Shortcut to size program next until february and then start a cut program then.

I'm using a hefty dose, no crash here either. energy lasts up to 4 hours.

Sweet! I’ve done the Jim Stoppani’s Shortcut to Size workout before with a few twists that I️ threw in. I️ liked the overall base plan of it.

Yesterdays workout went very well though. Good energy for a 1.5hr workout and an all nighter on call of duty lol. The New call of duty is too good!
 
Well, saturday was day 1 of Shortcut to strength. Chest, tri's. 12-15 reps. Definitely feels like the 100's was a reset on the muscles! Tough workout!
Surge kept me going strong!

Energy always hits a little harder on saturdays due to not eating. Great workout!

Workouts have been pretty good. I am up to almost a full scoop now. Effects are steady. Not too over the top.

On week 2 of shortcut to size. Workouts are pretty long at 1hr and 45mins. Thankfully SS keeps me going the whole time!

Been running the a month now so the log will be coming to a close.

Had a crazy good chest workout yesterday!

I am now on week 3 of shortcut to strength. We are doing drop sets on the last set of every movement. Very tough workout. Chest is smoked!


SS again helps get through these workouts. The effects aren't quite as powerful as they were at first but it certainly still wakes you up and gets you ready to lift!

I took a small break from caffeinated pre-workouts for 3 days and came back to SS. Hell yes!! Yesterdays chest workout was KILLER! Loved it!


Conclusion and Final Review:

Hard Rock Supps advertises this as a high stim PWO for those of us addicted to stims. You'll be glad to know that this is in fact true! I can't think if a day in recent history when I have had 0 caffeine. So I consider my tolerance high.

The initial energy hit is subtle but there! You will realize that you are very awake and ready to lift! You may get a little bit of flush depending on what you ate earlier or working out on an empty stomach.

Taste is great, Mix is great
Endurance is killer and crash is non existent.
Pumps are average at best.
Focus is awesome!

I also started playing a little Call of Duty lately and I certainly play better on nights when I had Seismic Surge which is interesting! I think I am able to focus better!

I would say this is a high quality product and is worthy of the Hard Rock name!

The only thing I would like to see an improvement in would be the pumps.
