Off the Chain with Ep1c UNLEASHED (Sponsored)

Cold and rainy, day after day after day. You might not see the sun for a month. It gets depressing.
Touche' would get old for sure. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side...

Yah no perfect place. I know I can't stand the cold winters for much longer though. Enjoying some awesome weather right now though. We have awesome weather in the fall and the colors are incredible. Enjoy it while you got it.

We are finally home, after a long day on planes!! We had an awesome time & I absolutely love Seattle...BUT I'm more than ready to get back in the gym 6 days a week & back on my diet!! Hoping the jet lag isn't too terrible tomorrow, because I'm ready to hit the gym hard!!

I'm the opposite. The older I get the more I like the cool weather. It gets colder here in the winter than in Seattle though.

You must live in the south, I am talking frost byte weather. We get that about 5 months of it a year. 50 degrees is not cold to me and 20 to 40 is tolerable ( we can get -40 here) . I like 70ish weather best I think, warmer is ok just not humid.

Humidity is a killer, I can't take it.

We are in NC. We can be in the 100's for a lot of the summer (half the year) with 80%+ humidity. So, real feel of 110+. Humidity can get so "thick" here it's hard to breath outside.

Same here.

I was hoping that staying up late & sleeping in would help reset me to east coast time, but I was still very sluggish this morning. I got my pwo in me & went to the gym any way. It felt really good to be back in outlr home gym!! I kinda skewed from my program this morning, because my app was being a pain & I couldn't pull it up. So, today was a lower body day because I really felt like working legs. This will still work well into my program though.

Back squat
65x5x5
*these felt super heavy today (should have been able to handle more weight) & my hips were really stiff...maybe from the airplane sitting yesterday.*

Leg press machine
120x5x5

Hack squat
45x5x5

RDL w/Db's
20x5x5

Smith machine box calf raises
70x8x5

Weighted hip thrust
50x6x4

Cable side leg raise
20x5x5

The further I got into the workout, the better I felt. Without the Ep1c I feel like all the traveling we've done recently would have definitely hurt my overall progress, but I've managed to keep moving in the right direction without any major hick ups. I'm sure getting back to eating properly will help a lot too. I'd say a bowl full of a chicken with verde salsa & a protein shake is a good way to get back on track!! Somehow even with all the carbs & missed gym days last week I only went from 117.6lbs to 118.4lbs. All the walking we did must have paid off!!

Just got back from Oregon a 30 hour trip with almost no sleep rest my clock quick, I slept for 11 hours last night. It was the flight from you know where, Delays, Rerouted, Cancelled Flights, Extra Stops, Layover, you name it, it happened. But I had a great time while I was there!!

I'd love to see the Oregon coast one day!!

Oh.my.word...I went to Insanity class tonight. All the other ladies left, for spin class, after the 30 mins was up (the typical length of the class). It was only me & the lead instructor left. She asked if I wanted to finish out the whole hour workout with her. Of course, I agreed. My goodness...I was hot & a sweaty mess afterwards. Thanks to the pwo I used tonight, I also matched the walls when we were done. The Ep1c is definitely helping with endurance & stamina during these classes. My heart rate was definitely up there, but I wasn't winded & I didn't really get tired or fatigued during the rounds. It was just an awesome workout where I really felt worked, but not completely exhausted at the end!! The main thing I felt afterwards was hungry!! DOMS is still nice & low as well. Even after hitting legs hard yesterday, I didn't have any problem getting through squat rounds tonight.

I got in a good full body session this morning, despite felling a bit puny. You know...that whole transition period from vacation carb loading back down to little carbs to get back on track with my cycling. Yeah, I was kinda feeling it this morning. Without the lovely Ep1c, I'm not sure I'd push through as well as I did.*

Side lunge
45x12x3

Squat jump
8x12x3

Weighted back extensions w/plate
10x12x3

Shoulder press
12.5x12x5

Push-up on swiss ball
12x3

Squat to row
35x12x3

Hammer curl
12.5x12x3

Tricep push-down
20x12x5

I then went to PiYo tonight. My legs are feeling it too. Legs on Sunday, Insanity last night, some legs this morning, & PiYo tonight...so, yeah, I am definitely feeling it in my legs. However, with Ep1c I've had to really push to my limits to get sore. I think tomorrow will be an upper body day!!!

This log is in it's short rows now. Not sure how many full doses I have, but it's not many. Excited that I'll actually be able to continue the Ep1c though!!! It has completely changed my training, for the better!!

Way to stay on top of your game!

Hit upper body this morning. I was really happy to see that my program actually called for upper body today. Legs were still very tender. I thought I was being smart giving them a break...then decided to drive hubby's 6 speed car today (in traffic, in the city). Yeah, they got worked anyway. :D

Close grip pull down
30x10x4

Wide grip row
40x10x4

Underhand bent over row w/Db's
15x10x4

Barbell curl
30x10x4

Reciprocal twisting curl
12.5x10x4

Wrist flexion w/EZ-curl
20x8x4

Tricep kickback
10x10x4

I thought I had more doses left, but after this morning I only have one more full dose (2 caps) left. So, I will be putting my final thoughts & review up tomorrow evening. However, I will be continuing the Ep1c Unleashed. So, depending on the thoughts of the OL team, I could keep the log going for more updates & reviews on how it continues to work for me. I do plan to add some other supps into my regimen though.

Updating a little late, but I've had a very clingy toddler the past couple days.

Today was a rest day, but I started the Dermastrength today. Ready to see how that adds to the Ep1c, as I continue that.

Final thought on the Ep1c Unleashed is that I am more than pleased with it. Endurance, stamina, & strength all increased in the (roughly) 5 weeks I was on it. This was a big positive for me, considering I was eating at a decent deficit to cut fat. I could really see the endurance & stamina boosts in my Insanity, PiYo, & cardio workouts. I got through them less fatigued & more energized....which means I could push even harder. I also noticed my rest periods during my lifting sessions shortened & I was getting through them much easier as well. My strength definitely increased during my time on Ep1c as well. I was able to up my 5x5 Deadlifts by 15lbs, most cable exercises by 10lbs, dumbell movements by 2.5-5lbs, and some of my other big movements (bench/squat) increased by 10lbs for reps. The combo of my training program plus the Ep1c definitely helped push my strength forward. Another huge bonus for me was the improved recovery. DOMS was very minimal, if I experienced any at all. I had to really push for a few days in a row to get sore! I also leaned out a bit more too (I'll post pics for the log tomorrow morning)...which is always a bonus. So, the Ep1c Unleashed delivered in every way I was hoping it would....strength increased while leaning out, improved endurance & stamina for many aspects of my program, and a bonus of improved recovery. I can't wait to continue it & see what the next round does for me!!!

Nice progress and very good review, I enjoyed following along!

Sounds exactly like the benefits I'm hoping for with Ep1c unleashed when I start next week, well done yateswifey! I'm almost finished my osta shred cycle and I'll run Ep1c throughout pct with pct 3x and daa and with a caloric surplus to add an extra 3-4 pounds. Is there anything I can stack with eu to accentuate my gains?

The first thing that comes to mind is Dermastrength, which I've just added to my Ep1c Unleashed. However, I'm not experienced with PCT so yates84, or some of the other guys here may be more help.

What does your pct stack look like so far?

I have pct 3x and daa for pct,it's what I used for my last ostashred cycle and I felt great afterwards.

Hit me up via pm and we can talk. Don't want to divert my wife's log if that's cool

YatesWifey04 Thank you for your very detailed log. You killed it! I am glad you enjoyed EU and I hope your gains continue with Dermastr3ngth.

In terms of that clingy toddler, I can ask the boss if he can give yates84 some more stuff to do to keep him occupied.

How about new product alpha testing? Just send any new OL concoctions to my house and I will let you know what's up :)

Thank you again for giving this logging opportunity to my wife, she has definitely leaned out and gained some strength. We were looking through photos yesterday and the fat loss is very noticable. I guess now we know, epic unleashed works for the ladies just as good as it works on us men

Thank you & OL again for the oppurtunity to log EU!! I truly have enjoyed it, and that's why I plan to continue using it. I've been slacking on getting pics up because I'm trying to getting a little bloating down. I will get some up today though....still bloated or not.

Haha.....I think he is plenty occupied!!!

Awesome log and review. Sorry miss the last several days been hit with sinius crap from hell lol. Let me know when you start a new log!!

Mrs. Yates, what was your dosing protocol for EU? Bought it as a gift for my gf finally and wondering what to recommend to her as far as dosages go! Thanks :)

Looking Very Good, Nice Flat Stomach!!

Mrs. Yates, what was your dosing protocol for EU? Bought it as a gift for my gf finally and wondering what to recommend to her as far as dosages go! Thanks :)

I follow label recommendations....2 caps 30 mins pwo. I workout fasted so after I drink my pwo I take a few sips of milk or eat a little peanut butter, then take the EU. The fat in the milk or pb will help it break down & absorb better, as the stomach is breaking down the fat. On off days I take 1 cap with breakfast.
