Off-season: Lean, Mean, Conditioned Machine

Following on from my PX BLACK and g8 log...

My training, daily life and feelings about training, supplementation and nutrition.
 
so my pre workout looks like this:-

Creatine Nitrate 2.5g
Agmatine Sulfate 250mg
Gynostemma
(unknown)
Theobroma (unknown)
Creatinol-o-Phosphate 2g
N,N-Dimethylglycine 125mg
Yerba maté (std. for 75mg caffiene)
Acacia (unkown)
ALCAR 2g
Alpha GPC 600mg
Naringin - unknown - possibly around 5mg.

This is my pre workout. I will most likely add a stimulant to this to enhance the nitrates. It only has 75mg natural caffeine in it.
I'm thinking some alphamine or some other stim; dexaprine v2 or combustion by BPS.

I'm taking Recompadrol, erase and b-vitamins. That is about all.

Imma throw up my training each night after Uni and get some feedback..throw up some vids every now and again.

This will serve more a motivation thread, rather than weight loss/gain thread.

I am in my off season (as you can see by the thread title) for my sport and am training to be faster and stronger.

Shouldn't do, during endurance exercise BCAAs can be transamintaed to their ketoacid analogues and oxidized but during whole-body resistance training, leucine oxidation is not altered. Not sure if that was dependent on CHO availability or not though.
 
Carbohydrate restriction should imply faster oxidation, even though there is a small amount of Leucine floating around, body should go into gluconeogenesis yes?

LIMITLESS has 75mg + 250mg from 2 scoops alphamine. Slightly stunned but very productive workouts with awesome focus.
 
day 1 of new set up:-

Pre Workout : 1 scoop Limitless with 2 scoops alphamine, 1 cap erase and 3 caps MST Cordygen v02 Ultra

Got in the car, lid wasn't on, leaked on my front seat. I had no actual pre workout today other than a scoop of alphamine.
Had to Parachute another scoop of alphamine Fruit Punch. Insane taste :)

Workout:-
4 x 10 x 140kg (70%) Trap Bar Deadlifts

4 x 10 x 50kg (70%) Good Mornings

Complex 1:
Chinese row 2 x 15 x 25kg

Half kneeling O/H Press 2 x 12 x 50kg

Core:
Scapula Dips bodyweight (bw) x 3 x 12

BB curls 3 x 12 x 40kg (jacked as!!!)

Band resisted external rotation 3 x 12 x each arm

Turkish Get Up 3 x 3 x 10kg

Conditioning:-
4 x lateral march skips
10 x push up 25 m sprints at 90%
8 x crossover, stick to sprint 25m at 90%

FOOD:-
brekky (post w/o) - 180g mince, 100g mixed veggies, 1/2 oz mixed nuts, 2 tbsp Hot Chipotle sauce
Lunch: 250g meat with chiptole sauce and 250g mixed greens , 1 oz nuts
snack: 2 oz nuts 100g mince
Dinner: 270g chicken breast with slight rice crumbs on to make schnitzel (15g carbs) with large bowl mixed salad greens, 2 tbsp free range aioli

post dinner: 1 cup mixed blueberries and raspberries with 1/2 scoop protein powder with 30ml coconut milk with cinnamon.

Cliffs:

Good first day, sweating a bucket. Energy was clean. I had 1 scoop alphamine and 1 erase pre lunch (45mins).

tomorrow, going to add in 1 cap alpha t2 to pre workout and 2 caps alpha t2 pre lunch (wanna mix the yohimbine with alpha yohimbine to get some nice clean affects).

Night all. Updates tomorrow. Going to start logging calories again. i'm shooting for 2100kcals intake (800) below maintenance.

Should tie in nicely and preserve my muscle with the HICA in alphamine.

Yeah it would do as carbohydrate takes predominance over all substrates during anaerobic activity, but whether or not Leucine itself is oxidised, i'm not too sure.

Yeah the body will go into Gluconeogensis

Look into the bsn cookies and cream bars.... They taste fantastic... But alas like anything else that tastes good they're not that good for you lol :(

Like Scooby on YouTube says... "if it tastes good, spit it out." Most protein bars I have around are high in sugar and carbs. They are designed to keep you going I think for a long day or hiking, etc. Idk.

p:45g, f:11g, c:4g (net)

not bad, tastes good though but as Scotty (Palm Fist) said, soy isolate...hmmm
