Wrap Up of First Cut with Bobo
May 19-July 10 about
Initial Stats:
weight: 195
BF %: Guessing I was higher than initially though so 16-17%
waist: 37in
arms: R: 13in, L13in
Chest 40in
Upper Legs: R: 23 3/4in, L:23 1/4 in
calfs: R: 14 3/4in, L: 14 3/4in
Final Stats: This was in 6 weeks (as I didnt start FULL program two weeks in due to prolonged tennis stuff)
weight: 182 (-13 lbs, this was not only 2 lbs a week but I also gained close to 5 lbs of lbm)
waist: 35 3/4 (-2 1/4 in ~ would be lower if I had stuck perfectly and done the 8 weeks, but Im satisfied for now and will get to 32-30 in waist on my next cut)
arms: R: 13 1/2 L: 13 1/8 (+1/2 on R, and + 1/8 on L~

Chest: 39in (- 1in and more musclular.)
Upper Legs: R: 23 1/4 L: 23 (-1/2 in on R, and - 1/4 on L)
calves R:13 1/2 L:13 3/4: (-1 on R, and -1 in on R~ legs have become very low bf and more muscular)
Well this has been the best investment I have ever made. In the past weeks I have gotten an idea of the nutrition that will work to achieve my goals and the training to match. Mistakes that I had made in the past were corrected and put to rest and the results show it. Even after starting 2 1/2 weeks and a few nasty moments of weakness I was able to accomplish a 3-4% drop in bf, and a 5-7 pound increase in lbm. This may sound out of the realm of possibility but due to what I had been doing prior to working with Bobo it is quit understandable.
through this program I not only changed my views on nutrition( i ate clean but never had timeing and combos down) but also my training. Previouse lifting consitied of mass over tranining and 3-10 on everything. THe exercises preformedon this program were not only new (a few atleast) but even the ones I had preformed in the past were refreshing.
Now even though I have not gotten down to single digit bf as I had hoped I feel that with the muscle mass I am currently at it would not be something I would wish to do. That is why I made the decision to end the cut now and instead continue with Bobo and bulk until early to mid January and add as much mass as possible. I will then see if Bobo is avialable for one last cut prior to tennis season and after that I will if all works out be at around 190-210 (190 is doable, 210 is my reach) at or around my ideal bf. Now I realize that to achive my long term goal of one day being 235-245 at around 7-8% is a long long way off, but the one thing that will guarantee my arrival of this is the understanding of sound nutrition principles and the ones Bobo offers.
Now this may sound like a fla nutrition suck up but the results that I have achieved even with the setbacks I caused myself is remarkable. It may be impossible to convince skeptics who are considering Bobo's use but if you truely want the body of your dreams this is the way to go.
I will not be posting pictures up now as personally I dont feel I am ready, however I am keeping track of them and following my final cut with hopefully Bobo's assitance I will have pre first cut pictures, after first cut/pre bulk pictures, post bulk pictures, and then in March I will have my final cut shots and pre on my own training. Im sorry that I cant post pictures now I just feel this is the best way to do it.
Im not very good at wrapping up logs/ what ever but I think this covers all aspects and my thoughts of these last two months/ aspirations of the future. I will post up the final stats tommorow.
I am not starting a new thread for the bulk but will instead keep this one going and just start the bulk part... and then recontinue cut later.
