I made these today for my mini-refeed day,
it seems like it could be a pretty common recipe, however
ima post it anyway, takes 20 minutes to make and they are
a good snack for a low carber like me on refeed day
Sugar free, and almost fat free (just ones in the oats)
only good carbs and protein
Oats&Protein Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup Z-sweet/Splenda
1/2 cup Quaker oats
1 and 1/2 cup of chocolate whey of your choice
2 egg whites
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1 tsp vanilla flavor
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix egg whites, yogurt and vanilla.
In a separate container, mix all other ingredients.
Make a well in dry ingredient mixture, add wet ingredients,
stir only until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake 10/15 minutes.
