I made these today for my mini-refeed day,
it seems like it could be a pretty common recipe, however
ima post it anyway, takes 20 minutes to make and they are
a good snack for a low carber like me on refeed day :)
Sugar free, and almost fat free (just ones in the oats)
only good carbs and protein

Oats&Protein Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup Z-sweet/Splenda
1/2 cup Quaker oats
1 and 1/2 cup of chocolate whey of your choice
2 egg whites
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1 tsp vanilla flavor

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix egg whites, yogurt and vanilla.
In a separate container, mix all other ingredients.
Make a well in dry ingredient mixture, add wet ingredients,
stir only until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake 10/15 minutes.

I jus made these and replaced the whole wheat flour with Bob Mills low carb baking mix...delicious, especially if you undercook them slightly so theyre a little gooey inside. Is there any way I could incorporate some peanut butter (power butter) into this recipe?

Looks so good! I've been craving no bakes!

I made these with USN anabolic muscle fuel strawberry tonight. 1300 cal, 120g protein, 180g carbs ( I know maybe look into PHD weight loss or Tritien ) 20g fats all broken down into 14 cookies.
Taste great too!
I will re asses the recipe now I see the macros lol
