Hey everyone,
So I've been eating a lot of oats lately (about 3 cups/day) and that may not be much to some people but its more than I'm used to. Anyways, I noticed that Oats help remove cholesterol and as many of us know, cholesterol raises testosterone by converting to DHEA, Andro, then Test.
My question: How much is too much for someone wanting to keep test. high? Has there been a study on this?
