Rob Regishs' pre-workout nutrition is whey protien along with
1/2 cup of outmeal. My question is this, is the oatmeal cooked
or raw (uncooked).
Thank you for your help.
 
This should be in the nutrition section not the supplement section,but to help while Im here.It would be 1/2 cup measured before its cooked,I just measure mine and throw it in the blender with my protein shake!
 
Doesn't matter. I've done blended with my shake as well as cooked with my protein mixed in (did this just this morning).

Here's what you do. You got 2 very easy ways and 1 that needs prep.
Note:may be other ways probably thousands but these are the ones I use.

1.
Cook your oatmeal then put one scoop whey over it and mix it in and enjoy.

2.
Put whey and oats in blender and blend.*fastest whey..I mean way *

3. Oatmeal pancakes.
All comes down to preference to be honest.

Plus a scoop of yogurt,PB,a spoon full of honey,and milk instead of water :p
 
Haha yes once I'm done with this prep peanut butter will be added for sure

I know,same reason you don't use milk huh,thats why I gave you the big :p at the end!
 
Another alternative would be, cook the oats, add whey and liquid egg whites then blend all together. Pretty good actually.
 
its probably dry weight... thats how ive always seen it
