Rob Regishs' pre-workout nutrition is whey protien along with
1/2 cup of outmeal. My question is this, is the oatmeal cooked
or raw (uncooked).

This should be in the nutrition section not the supplement section,but to help while Im here.It would be 1/2 cup measured before its cooked,I just measure mine and throw it in the blender with my protein shake!
