First I wanted to be a bodybuilder. Not having the discipline to cut, made me a strongman. LOL

If TheMyth posted pictures this thread would be overrun by screaming women, all trying to get his attention. Which would instantly drop us all down to "ugly friend" status. Is that what you want?

That was actually a Plt scroll for the 3rd Plt Highwayman though. My Plt Sgt was airborne Ranger, he made us all Plt Scrolls for Afghanistan. I was planning on going Ranger after Afghanistan, but the Taliban had other ideas, they wanted me home instead. They got tired of me killin' so many of them. Lol
 
Ok, hairygrandpa - you give me too much credit. But I will post up the photos from my logs, as well as a never-before-seen-before-photo of myself from when I started in 2013 or so....but won't be able to get to it until later today. I was WAY worse when I started then anyone on here even dreams about. I looked like I was about to die at any moment in this photo. Maybe I just got done shoveling snow or something, I don't know what was going on when it was taken....but I look like hell in a meat suit.

Another inspiring story by a member of the Former Fat Guy club. This is why I get irritated when someone says they can't lose weight, they don't have time, it's too expensive to eat healthy. Several of us have made big changes in our lives. HIT4ME has a huge amount of knowledge and will share it with anyone who asks.

Way to make a change Jeff. Congratulations!
 
And I guess now we need to get BEAST73 in here to make us all realize how much more we have to do

Thank you Sterling! You guys all inspire me. It took me a long time to make that change, and we are all fighting the same battle. You guys give me a tone of credit but we all add to this community and I am just happy if I can give a little back considering all that I have been given. Plus, I just love talking about these things (and hearing myself talk maybe?)).
 
See this is why I did this. Now, if someone new wonders in here they dont all think we just a bunch of guys that where already built. And they can see the changes and maybe get some extra motivation.
